I was looking for a nail place for when I'm visiting PA. My nail tech was very kind, but the job was meh. Polish on my skin, the fill was not as I expected or wanted. I ended up having to file down on the sides to clean it up. My polish ended up not sticking well, and some of the side nail was missed. Kudos for them telling a customer they will not treat an ingrown toe nail and advised the customer to seek medical attention as this is not something they will do.

Today I was handed a punchcard for paying cash. I've paid cash for at least the last four times and not once was I given a punchcard. I didn't know they existed. They just said I was definitely given one! The previous time they wanted to charge me five dollars extra because I choose a sparkly color on top. I also am in my 40's and have to use a walker because of severe juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and my feet don't turn very well, but I have never had issues before with any pedicure. While the tech was working on my toenails I asked her to not move my feet so much, and to stop trying to bend them as they don't bend like "normal" people. She was then doing the foot massage and was banging on my legs and feet and told me "relax, relax." The problem is that my feet and legs don't relax. When it was time to put my flip flops back on, I told her I wanted to put them on because its tricky. She wouldn't let me put them on, and she maneuvered my one foot that it hurt for over a week, it was very sore. The prices also changed and dont match the website.
