I used to come to this location regularly, but I will be searching for a new location after the last experience. I had an appointment, and all went well with that. I also am in my 40's and have to use a walker because of severe juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and my feet don't turn very well, but I have never had issues before with any pedicure. While the tech was working on my toenails I asked her to not move my feet so much, and to stop trying to bend them as they don't bend like "normal" people. She was then doing the foot massage and was banging on my legs and feet and told me "relax, relax." The problem is that my feet and legs don't relax. When it was time to put my flip flops back on, I told her I wanted to put them on because its tricky. She wouldn't let me put them on, and she maneuvered my one foot that it hurt for over a week, it was very sore. The prices also changed and dont match the website. read more

Decided to give this nail salon a try for my mom's 64th birthday. She received a full pamper and my daughter received a refill and polish change. But when I paid the prices did not match up with the online pricing. When I inquired the owner replied that the nail tech was allowed to make her prices because she is an experienced nail tech and she charged higher for her work. Which should not be acceptable or discussed with the customer first. Especially since it was a 12-year-old nails being done. She also could not even give my daughter the design asked for. I was given a gift card to this place and when I went on the website, it seemed like a fancy place. I was sure to make an appointment...which wasn't exactly easy to do as there weren't many available. When I arrived at the salon, they asked me what services I needed. I told them I had an appointment and they didn't ask my name (foreshadow my appointment wasn't about to matter). My appointment was with Jenny and 20 minutes later when I'm sat in the pedicure chair with cold foot water, the technician-not-named-Jenny came over. While the pedicure was decent and my technician attended well to a couple of ingrown toenails when I asked, I did have to battle some flies buzzing around. For manicures, there's a single tiki bar with tall chairs for all of the clients to sit. Felt awkward to me. The salon wasn't particularly nice as you'd think when using their website. Tips on credit cards aren't allowed, but no worries, there's an ATM in the store. read more

I had an appointment and arrived on time. I was greeted by the manager and told my tech would be there shortly. She arrived 30 minutes later with no apology and no sense of starting my pedicure promptly. I had scheduled a spa pedicure, but only got the Xpress pedicure. Considering the wasted half hour I was just as happy to have the quicker pedicure. The person did do a good job, but what I thought was strange was they had five stations and I was the only one seated, and then the manager picked up a client and seated her next to me. I was fine with that, except that the two techs had to share a work station where their two tray set-ups really didn't fit. The manager was pleasant but they won't see me again. read more

This was my first time going to this place. Although they just opened another location, I went to their first location next to Giant. First issue--is I get the Dip powder on my nails and they immediately tried to talk me out of dip and wanted me to do gel. Mainly cause the gel is easier for them then dip! Second issue--they didn't have any of the 3 colors I asked for from their color chart. Then I said just give me French, well they didn't have the white for the French but of course they didn't tell me that until they were already dipping them in pink only. Third issue-- with dip they always start with the base powder for first layer and then 2 layers of color on top. The girl Vicki only did 2 layers of pink and they are so thin that 2 broke the following day. I went back in the next day and spoke to owner Heidi and explained they are breaking cause Vicki did do the process correctly. Instead of redoing all the nails she just had a girl fix the 2 broken nails and when it was time to file & polish the original girl Vicki came over to finish my 2 nails. Vicki didn't say 1 word to me nor look at me. As of today another 2 have broken (not either of the 2 I had fixed) and it's only been a full week since my original dip fill and I need to get my nails all fixed again. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I booked online and had to put in my CC info to hold the appt (red flag #1). Got to my appt a little early and didn't mind waiting at all. There were 3 girls working; 2 nail techs and another girl who just looked lost. In passing I asked her if they could do a specific design and if they had what was needed to do so. She said yes of course. Great. 20 mins past my appt time, my nail tech finally acknowledged that I was there and asked the lost one to take my old gel off. I sat down at the literal BAR (red flag #2) and lost girl basically had to ask my tech how to take gel off (red flag #3). She didn't know how to use a drill so she proceeded to hand file the gel off. Now this is the scam...this place knows they are shit but you can't up and leave bc your card is on file and will probably be charged. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and stayed. Lost girl got one hand done before a customer walked in for a pedicure and she left to attend to that. I sat and waited for my tech for another 15 mins to finish up her other client who honestly looked as scared as I was. So the tech starts my nails finally. And I show her the design I wanted and she said ok no problem. I was polite and made small talk. Told her I normally do dip and was thinking of getting that instead. She immediately shut me down with "idk how to dip" (red flag #4). In making small talk I found out she had only been doing nails "for a few months" (red flag #5). Looking around I saw all the NO REFUND signs (MAJOR ref flag # 6) but I tried to stay optimistic. My nails were crooked. The acrylic overlay was uneven. I asked her to fix a few nails with the shape bc they were uneven. She made it worse. Still, I tried to stay positive. When it came time for the design, she looked for what she needed for all of 3 seconds before telling me they didn't have what was needed for my design (red flag # 7). So I picked a different design and color. Simple heart on 2 fingers. After NUMEROUS tries on each hand I got what she thought was "good enough". The gel was uneven, looked very thinned out and sloppy. I knew this was bad and honestly it wasn't going to get any better so I decided I would just never go back. As she finished up she was wiping my nails with alcohol and stopped and said out loud, oh I missed a step, did I miss a step? No I didn't. (Red flag # 8). I paid and left. My appt was Saturday at 3pm. I left that nail appt at almost 5pm. The NEXT DAY they began peeling and one finger completely peeled off. I emailed them with pictures letting the owner know what happened. She told me to come in and have them fixed. Um no, I'm good. I would prefer a refund. She told me no and that I should have booked with a senior nail tech. Mine was a Junior tech apparently. I told her that's not specified on your site when you make an appt. She offered me a $10 refund "as a courtesy" since her tech missed a step on one hand. Ummm she missed both hands. $10 refund for a $35 service? SCAM. I've emailed her back and waiting on a response. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON I used to go to Tre Nail Bar and stopped going when Christina left. She was amazing. I went back yesterday (2/3) and had the worst experience. I scheduled a gel nail builder with French manicure with Yolandy. She not only doesn't speak English and needed to use a translator app, she had no idea how to do a refill and cut me. The other manicurist John had to tell her which drill head to use. I think that I told her at least 10 times that I wanted my nails as short as possible. Once she finished the refill, I tried to explain that I wanted a thick line for the white of the French manicure, not only did she have to use a translator app she had to research a French manicure online. I was so frustrated, I stopped her and told her to use a gel color. Once she was finished, I requested that she put some alcohol on my nails to ensure that they were dry, she preceded to spray my hands with rubbing alcohol and then put a wet hot over my hands. Then she said, here's the hand lotion and didn't even put it on my hands. This was not only the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon, it was the worst manicure I ever had. I have gone to the Phoenixville location several times. I am always pleased with the outstanding service I receive. Heidi, the owner is so pleasant and kind. My nails always turn out beautiful and last for up to 2 weeks. (I get gel). The salon is immaculate inside and free of fumes. They also do a paraffin dip on your hands at the end of each treatment. I never feel rushed and each experience has been wonderful. They do take walk ins. However, I schedule an appointment. I also showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment one time and they fit me in! Love this place! read more

Okay experience at the Phoenixville location. It seemed very clean and they are still adhering to COVID protocols. The jelly pedicure was okay, but rushed because the tub was filled with the wrong mix. I think some of the paraffin wax was still on my nail when she started painting and now the polish is already coming off. If I had noticed sooner I would have mentioned something because the staff are very friendly and approachable. The pedicure chairs are also very stiff and uncomfortable to sit in for the length of the appointment. There were several regular customers who seemed at ease with the space. However, I have gone to the same technician and the nails have lasted 3 weeks. Unable to get questions answered the tech doesn't speak English. Not worth the time and money in my opinion. read more

After the complete runaround I received after being urged to schedule online, I will not return to this spa. When I was there the last time, the nail tech told me what days she works and I kept that in mind. After scheduling an appointment yesterday for today , I received a vm yesterday that I couldn't possibly get in yesterday? So I scheduled again yesterday for today. I called this morning and was told they didn't have an appointment for me at 11. I did receive another email that they scheduled me the following Wed. at another time? The nail tech suggested a different technique that would not require the drill on my natural nail and would still give me the desired result. My nails look very good but wasn't happy with the checking out and paying I was told 2 different totals and when I brought out a $10 off coupon they said I couldn't use it bc it was for a different location (I haven't ever to the other location didn't even know there was one) when I used a gift card someone got me it was the same total of what she told me $35 before I used the gift card. Phoenixville's location: AVOID!!! I know they just opened but they opened way too soon. Wanted gel off and then regular nail polish mani. They had 1 girl working so they called another one from the other location to do me and a friend. Something that should have taken 40mins lasted 2 HOURS?! Told the girl to cut round..she cut them square. New nail polish painted on had bubbles so the woman had to redo 4 nails and kept messing up. They were about to close so she rushed and put GEL top coat on??? They never dried right. When I got home they wiped off my nails immediately. And to top it off when I was taking off the paint the gel top coat was on my cuticle and ripped my skin off so I bled. AWFUL PLACE WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY. I just went to the new Phoenixville location and while it looks nice, I have never had a worse nail salon experience in my life. When I first walked in I wasn't greeted by either of the workers one of which was simply sitting at the front desk. The woman pairing someone else's nails had to look up from what she was doing to ask what I wanted. The other woman got us set up all while having her nose in her phone not once looking up to make eye contact with me. After very slow service, the worker that was doing my nails did such a poor job the other worker had to come over and not only find sh her work but proceeded to take everything off and do it again. This turned out to be a goopy and sloppy job that thy seemed to think was sufficient. They didn't even have fans to dry the wet polish after it had been painted they just charged us right after we were done and we left. Never going back there... read more
