I was lucky enough to call for an appointment at 4 pm and got right in. Don't wait until after work unless you have an appointment already. My nail tech was Anna and she was terrific. She took great care of my poor neglected toenails and feet. She did a wonderful job of cutting, clipping, lotioning, rubbing, and polishing. Came to city nails for my first post COVID manicure and I couldn't be happier. I got a full set of acrylics and they had me in and out in 45 min, the salon was very clean, staff were friendly and professional, and the final product is beautiful! Plus, only $45 for a full set? I come to this salon for gel polish pedicures and UV gel full set/fill manicures. The salon is very clean and the staff friendly and professional. I always call ahead for an appointment and can usually get in the same day. The products used are very good quality with a very nice selection of colors (polish, gel, and ANC). I always leave with my nails looking and feeling wonderful. The picture I'm including is a clear UV gel with a tip. I do like my nails to be very short to accommodate my active lifestyle. I've seen many beautiful manicures of other clients that include longer more colorful manicures. read more

Despite the reviews on here I decided to give this nail salon a try. I walked in and the first thing I noticed is that it was very warm in there and also very silent. There was no TV on and no music playing. The older gentleman ( Huey) did my nails and did a pretty good job and was very meticulous. I was overall pleased and will be back! read more

I came in to get a mani. Place was empty. Got an anc mani. The guy didn't even touch my cuticles. Left them looking horrible. He also left powder all over my fingers and crud under my nails. I alway came here to do my nails and they always do my nail really clean and fast the result was always above what I expected. They used an really nice manner to speak with me. Also when I need to do a type of nail they would do it perfectly and as the same as what's on the image. I asked for a eyebrow "clean-up"...completely ruined by brows. I had nice full brows, and they are so thin now. I literally cried after getting it done. Nails were bad too. I got a French manicure, and it was so uneven and cheap-looking. My friend's polish clumped off her nails in a few hours. Don't go here. read more

I had been going there on and off for over ten years for eyebrow waxing and pedicures ! Well last summer or the summer before during track season I went in asking for an eyebrow waxing ! Well they said to me 5 hour wait ! I said what they kept saying 5 hour wait for eyebrow waxing I was so upset I went to the place next door ! Bc I had been aong time cutsomer I never went back there again people in this town forget about there regulars bc they cater to the tourist and they loose there long term customers and it's really sad and you see businses true colors ! read more

They always get me right in and when the girls come to visit this is my go to place. Always clean and bright plus super easy to park which is non existent in this town. This is the first nail salan in town and they do a fantastic job. Its not Manhattan so if you are high matinence try going downtown. read more

I went here for a few months and was very uncomfortable. The person doing my nails shared a little bit too much information & was too curious about my personal info. The last time I went I was leaving for 2 weeks & the owner did my pink/white fill. It was so bad that the white lines were crooked. This was horrific. The place is very dirty. The techs were miserable and barely tried to communicate. Clientele were odd, under-educated, and dull to talk to. One of the owners did my nails and she was so slow and discombobulated. There were not enough people working. The Kardashians were blaring on the tv. Nothing was relaxing. I got a mani and pedi. This place is super pricy but they do a great job! The place is clean and always packed. They do nails so quickly which I appreciate trying to get in and out. And not only are they quick but they are great. I do the dip and it stays on longer than anywhere I've gone before. I've gotten different people each time and they all do a good job. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars as there are all kinds of add on prices. They add on to take off gel from your nails, add on for gel, add on for I'd you want two colors on your nails etc etc. I've never had an 80 pedicure but had one here and I had the second level pedicure which was $40. But the time they took gel off my toes and I had gel polish it end up at $80. So that was disheartening. But they do a great job. I think I'll do a pedicure elsewhere. But for my fingernails they do a great job and they last a long time and look great and that was a reasonable $38. read more

I was looking for a nail salon nearby my children's school. I saw City Nails and thought I'd give them a try. Never again. The entire experience was less then par. I felt rushed through the whole mani experience, despite I was the only customer in the salon. There was limited colors to choose from, and they were all empty or close to empty. I had to ask her to clean up the nail polish she got on my fingers, and when I accidentally smudged two nails, they refused to fix them. Instead they put a final coat over the smudge! By the time my nails were dry, there was no one to be found in the salon. Poor customer service, not worth the price they are charging. I will not be back. read more

I have visited this salon many times over the years, so when they were able to open again due to covid AND get me in the same day I was delighted! Was in need of a pedicure ( you know sandal season!) Was seated at my appt time but not given any time to let my feet soak before starting service. Trimming nails managed to cut me pretty good( blood running down my toe) was apologetic so ok things happen. Paid extra for the callus remover Expressing needing it on the backs of heals, again wiped on and not given any time to sit on the foot. The girl doing my service is the owners daughter and was being pulled in many directions between me, phones, mom asking her questions ect again this was the first day opened since quarantine so I just chalked it up to get the new way of business figured out. But she skipped the lotion massage of the foot and just seemed rushed the entire time. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon, to many other options in this city for a pedi! read more

So I went here with my friend and waited a good 45 minutes until one of us got service. Finally a man started working on my feet but he kept getting up and coming back in between my pedicure. I mention to him that he could take a break on me and move on to my friend but he got angry and said how after my pedicure he's out of here. My friend waited over an hour until someone went to her!! MADE MY NAILS WORSE NOT BETTER!!!!!This is not my usual nail place but I needed a fill desperately and couldn't get in at my regular spot so I figured I would try city nail BIGG MISTAKE!!! They were dirty unfriendly, more interested in tv than their job and my nails looked worse when I came out than they did when I went in! So I will not be going back. I have to go to my regular place and get them fixed ASAP !!! Do not go to city nail for a fill!!!! Obviously they do not know what they're doing.
