There's not enough sauce, the dough is a bit flat / not greasy enough, so it's honestly a bit like eating cardboard. Topping amount was solid but nothing mind blowing. The pizza is thin but unlike a specialty shop or restaurant, it's not crisp, so it also doesn't scratch that itch. I had called them twice and was told my order was on its way. When I asked for my money back during the second call (and my order had still not arrived), I was told that they couldn't do it and were too busy to find my receipt. This is unacceptable. We were about to leave the house when the order arrived. By then, I had already rushed to feed my kids dinner before we had to leave. I am so disappointed. And I fully expect to be reimbursed. I like the pizza here but I'm so upset. Even if you're busy, learn how to prioritize and be transparent with the customer.
