We were looking for a different taste of pizza and we have found that. They have traditional pizzas and like 9 different types

I came here for a friends birthday and made reservations. We were somewhat a large group (~10 people). The table set up was great and overall a nice vibe inside. We ordered a margarita pizza for the table and also had some calamari. I also ordered a calzone. The calamari was great - I really liked the lemon aioli it came with. As for the calzone, definitely a huge pass on this one next time. Imo there was just too much bread and the ham filling wasn't the best. I'd say the pizza is their best dish - great portions too! I wish they had a larger desert menu. They only had an Italian donut the time I visited.

The calamari was delicious, just the right amount of seasoning and the sauce was good. The pizza was decent, the toppings were falling off the pizza (which I hated) but the toppings were fresh and the dough was good. The overall experience is 2 stars only because the price for both dishes wasn't up to par with the food. The 16$ calamari only had 8-10 pieces which is small and the pizza was absolutely not worth 58$. Also was charged a beer but didn't even order it, my buddy split the bill so they double charged us. Didn't even know until we left, but will not be coming back again.

Haven't had Papa John's in years and I remember why it's not my go to. Prices are pretty consistent with other chains like Pizza Pizza, Dominoes, etc and they have frequent discounts. BUT, the pizza is mediocre, a surprising step below other chains. If pizza hut is too greasy, Papa johns is the other extreme and not greasy enough. The alfredo sauce base was also very bland and runny compared to other chains where its actually creamy and thick. Staff are fine and location is great, but too bad the food is mid. Sides were mixed - the cinnamon bites were great. Fresh, not too sweet, and baked to perfection. The cheesy bread was kind of lukewarm, and similar to the pizza, lacked flavour. The garlic dipping sauce it came with was similarly bland, like butter mixed with olive oil, and added nothing to the bread. It tasted a lot better by adding heavy Italian seasoning to it ( which I had at home) The pizza was subpar - main issues are that it's dry and thin. There's not enough sauce, the dough is a bit flat / not greasy enough, so it's honestly a bit like eating cardboard. Topping amount was solid but nothing mind blowing. The pizza is thin but unlike a specialty shop or restaurant, it's not crisp, so it also doesn't scratch that itch. Maybe it's just not my taste but I enjoy pizza with discernible sauce on it and more flavour. This was about the same as baking a pizza from the grocery store. Like others said, many other options and pizza is a guilty pleasure so I likely won't return to use up my cheat day on this stuff.

Can I rate 0? I used to love this place but the past few times I've ordered from there, it was an…read moreissue. It's Halloween today so I thought I'd make it easy for me and order us all pizza before we went out trick or treating. I preordered at 2 45pm for delivery at 4 45pm. My order didn't come until 6pm! I had called them twice and was told my order was on its way. When I asked for my money back during the second call (and my order had still not arrived), I was told that they couldn't do it and were too busy to find my receipt. This is unacceptable. We were about to leave the house when the order arrived. By then, I had already rushed to feed my kids dinner before we had to leave. I am so disappointed. And I fully expect to be reimbursed. I like the pizza here but I'm so upset. Even if you're busy, learn how to prioritize and be transparent with the customer. Don't lie and say the order is on the way an hour before it actually arrives!

They tried to make me the bad person after fouling up my order…read more I received half a dozen phone calls in which they asked the same questions and it sounded like I was on speaker phone/recording device. I order two pizzas and have a promo on door dash app. I get my delivery on time, but not as expected. At first it was "call this 341, no call this 341, no that was your area codes 341 etc. I finally get the right one. I work out of town for weeks at a time and I was placed in oakville with accommodations. I'm given a daily allowance and chose to try 341 pizza. After messing up a pizza, they wanted me to accept the fact it was wrong. I didn't. They tried to tell me next time I can have a credit, I declined. (Never tried this place before and the first time I did I had issues, why try again?) They send the owner to my hotel with my replacement pizza and asked me for the wrong pizza back. Hesitant, I showed them the incorrect pizza I never ordered, and they asked for the pizza back, so they could "show the employee what they did wrong" Because I wasn't going to eat the pizza that had toppings that'd kill me on it, they took it back. No apology, no coupon as a sorry... No reimbursement of any kind... They requested I stay up later than I had to, to replace an item I paid for hours before, hoping to catch me in a lie. There's a reason cheap places are cheap, and this place is a RED FLAG! Stay away from 341! The numbers are weird. The management and owners are weird and the way they think business should be handled is weird. Anywhere else can be cheaper, better, and less work for a fixed issue than this hell hole with MEDIOCRE pizza. This is my first post in a long time.

We got honey garlic and buffalo. The buffalo was pretty tangy and a bit spicy (not really my favourite), but the honey garlic was nice. The pizza tasted fresh and you can tell they use good ingredients. We added the dragon sauce on top and it was such a nice touch. The interior is really cute too, and the service was super polite. They had Christmas decorations everywhere which made the place feel extra cozy, plus a bunch of board games you can play. Such a nice, homey vibe. It wasn't very busy when we went, more laid back and chill, which was actually really nice. Overall, it's a cute local spot and I'd definitely recommend it if you're in the area!
