We ordered delivery so I cannot speak to the cleanliness of the restaurant or friendliness of the staff. The food was ready and delivered on time. The toppings on both of the pizzas tasted good and there were ample. The chicken was juicy and tender. The issues were the grease factor on both the pizzas and wings. The Caesar salad was a disaster. This pizza is fantastic and the service was great I ordered the pizza through the app before they opened I was concerned that maybe they wouldn't get the pizza delivered to us at lunchtime because my guys are very picky but it arrives on time. Triple pepperoni!!! That is definitely my go to. So these guys have it down to a science the pizza actually arrived 10 minutes before lunchtime and it was very hot I had it delivered to two different locations so they can definitely handle the volume I have been here personally myself. When this was still Champ Pizza, it was one of our family favorites. Since they were bought out, their quality is in the toilet. Of the four pies we ordered, one was totally incorrect. For all of the pizzas, the ingredients were subpar and everything tasted overly salted. We will take our business elsewhere. Just avoid this place and mourn the loss of Champ. read more

This pizza is really good. It is true, their dough makes the difference. Do to having teenagers in the house and all the extra curriculum activities, we order pizza several times per month. Friday night pizza night. Decided champ was the spot. Had a coupon for $5 off with free breadsticks. Placed the order and drove up to get my pizza and breadsticks. Get there and it's not ready yet, no big deal. Pizza comes out and I'm like where are my breadsticks that I ordered. Employee says we didn't make the breadsticks it will take 7 minutes. Well if you've been here before you know that an additional 7 minutes and the pizza crust will be soggy and inedible. So after floundering around for several minutes entering my coupon in I finally get to pay, still no breadsticks. Well I left pretty dissatisfied with my experience. This place makes awesome pizza! The crust is crispy on the bottom and chewy and not too hard and not too soft. Toppings are good quality and plentiful. I think this is an improvement on the overall Portland pizza scene. The toppings were much fresher and the dough is great than a location I frequent in Oregon City. The GF DF crust pizza is great. The have great precautions for gluten free pizza as well. Probably the best GF pizza in town. My family said the regular crust pizza is really good as well. Changing my rating after the fact. Everyone has a bad day, but the owner/representative reached out to me immediately when he saw I had such a bad experience. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make things right. I appreciated his immediate response and desire to correct the situation. I also appreciated that he never asked me to withdraw or alter my original review in exchange for correcting the problem. He just corrected the situation and said he hoped I would give them another chance to do better. This review is only about their Gluten free pizza. Unfortunately for me and a lot of other people, we can't tolerate eating gluten and also unfortunately most pizza places don't even try when it comes to gluten free crust and this place is no exception. It was flat, salty and greasy, some of the worst gf pizza I've tried. Especially for nearly $20 for a 10". I can't express how much it sucks to order pizza and smell how delicious the regular pizza that my husband gets to eat while I have to have sub par crappy pizza. I keep hoping someone will step up their gf pizza game but no one ever does. So far bellagio still has the best gf pizza of all the carry out places in the area. I Bought two pizzas here as part of a BOGO special I had received in the mail which was cool because I had noticed this pizza place and had been wanting to try it. I ordered the bbq chicken pizza and the garlic chicken pizza and both I had custom adjustments made to them but only the bbq order was correct. My partner had asked to remove the sun dried tomatoes but they were still added and she wasn't able to eat her pizza which was pretty disappointing considering how expensive these pizzas are. The roasted garlic in the pizza was clumped in places so some bites were just full of garlic (which is cool if you like that sort of thing but off putting if you're not necessarily wanting a mouth full of garlic.). I really enjoyed their bbq pizza though! Very tasty and well made. The bbq sauce is very good. I also would've appreciated a section of dipping sauces to select from on their website because they aren't listed on their menu and I didn't realize it was an option until I saw photos of dipping sauces on their Yelp photos. Dipping sauces are very important to me fully enjoying any pizza experience so I couldn't help but feel a bit incomplete. I guess I should've asked during pick up but I also get quite flustered and forgetful so, again, it just would've been nice to make these selections from home while ordering. Overall, I enjoyed this place but it was very expensive ($60 for two pizzas is a bit much) and since our order wasn't completely correct, it'll be hard to justify going back unless we find another fantastic deal. read more
