Food~I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza. But, you can clearly see it's a Canadian bacon, pepperoni, and pineapple. I asked for it well done but, I was just thrown together (pepperoni looked like an after thought). I debated the price after he said 16.45 it was suppose to be 15.20. He said the have per made pizzas and, they have to charge but, I knew I literally just ordered from there. I am very disappointed with my pizza, taste and, every pieced I pulled apart my toppings sled right off. Service~Everyone was on break (3 people) so I had to wait 8 mins/ 7 mins (for their break and my pizza). I never mind waiting it took 12 mins last time. He did inform me from his car and, he greeted me at the window and was polite. But, service and my order experience was better the first time I ordered here. You know overall, I see relatively low reviews for this place and that's the main reason I went with the five star granted the only thing that I would probably drop a star for was price being that it's hard this day and he just spent $30 on a large pizza that's only 14 inches and are only gonna really feed Two maybe three people Then again that's not really their problem because that's just the price of food in America these days like it really has become quite expensive just to eat something you enjoy so I'd like to get their score up a bit so I'm giving it a solid five stars because of that I make a ton of pizza myself. I do a cold forment like they do, 48 hour for mine and I've had lots of people tell me it's some of the best pizza they've ever had. I felt like they should've had better pizza but I get sidetracked. One of the worst "pizzas" I've ever eaten. The crust is in chewable and flavorless, the sauce is revolting with a lingering aftertaste of rancid. Even with extra cheese there's barely any and doesn't go to the edge. Turns out that's a blessing as the cheese tastes only of salt and sadness. The other toppings are plentiful enough I guess, though the most bottom shelf quality. I used to make pizza and I'm literally offended that this is even called pizza. I ordered a pizza and some desserts through door dash. It was later in the evening and I was starving. I didn't expect much from the place after seeing some of the other reviews. It was open so I decided to give it a try. The pizza was really good. Not the best I've had but freest for late night. The deserts were really tasty! These guys are fantastic but the pizza is even better. Don't even get me started on the crazy sauce. It's better than Izzy's pizza ranch from when I was a kid. Just a regular pepperoni, onions, and jalepeno is top tier! There are perks to the people here knowing your face and seeing it regularly. They value loyal regulars. There are very few delivery options after 9 in downtown Portland and this place should be celebrated! Not just because of their late hours, fast delivery and friendly drivers. This pizza is SO SO SO good! I got the roasted garlic tomato sauce with extra cheese for us and a pepperoni pizza for the front desk as a little thank you (Paramount Hotel) for the wonderful service. We all loved it. I appreciate that they offer an option to include utensils and my only suggestion would be to also offer paper plates. I'm not sure what the "crazy pizza sauce" is but it tastes like a pesto/ranch blend and it's very good. It's included so make sure to try it out. read more

Ordered a chocolate milkshake for 10.95 and it was ice and milk. It didn't taste like chocolate. I POLITELY told the girl that it didn't taste right and asked for a refund. Another employee came to the window and took the milkshake from my hand and said she needed to throw it away. The original girl came back and told me that she couldn't refund the product or remake the milkshake. After a little back and forth, she said her manager allowed her to offer me a cookie in place of the mistake. I politely declined and asked for the manager. The manager came around and said he was busy on the other side of the building and that they do not offer refunds for anything on the menu. This was our first and last visit. read more

The pizza is a solid 4 stars, maybe even 4.5! But the rest was mostly just okay. We decided to try this new pizza place, in our quest to find the perfect pizza here in Portland. We got an 18" with pepperoni and Italian sausage, and it was tasty! The meats were flavorful and even had a little kick (or was that the sauce?) And the crust was near perfect. Not too thin or thick, with a nice chew! We also got 2 sides of ranch that I'd give 2 stars at best. It tasted like it was from a bottle and/or made with cheap oil. Luckily, I ordered it to dip my crust in, and the crust was so good I didn't need it. We also got a strawberry shake (3 stars from the hubby) and their chocolate chip and walnut cookie. Based on the photo on their site, I thought the cookie would be more chewy-gooey, but it was still good! The pizza was a little on the pricey side ($39 with the two toppings, and 2 sides of ranch that no one will eat, unfortunately) but in the end, I'd say it was worth it. It's going to be at least 2 meals for us two adults, so again: worth it. But the shake for $10? Not so much. Also on a high note: we ordered this via delivery, and I really appreciate how well everything was sealed and secure. I'm sure delivery drivers are not poking in my food (god I hope not, anyway!), but my germaphobic side appreciates this extra protection! Did we complete our quest to find the perfect pizza in Portland? Probably not. But it's still a super solid choice! I will definitely order the pizza, and even the cookies, from here again, and I might try some other sides. The salads look really good! Overall I'm happy! I worked for pizza factory for years based out of California, my location was in idaho, their crust is delicious just like pizza factory. I was having a grumpy day and didn't want to cook. Pizza sounded delicious and I thought it'd make me feel better. I was correct I've never had Crazy for Pizza but what attracted me to them was their dough fermentation and the different customizations for toppings. I often make my own pizza dough for my Ooni oven, so I really prefer a good flavored crust with a crunch. I also like a good variety of toppings that are fresh and delicious. And Crazy for Pizza satisfied that craving - it was all soooooo much better than chain pizza crusts. However, our dinner was really pricey with the topping customization -- two 10" pizzas with 3 toppings each ($2 per topping which seemed just a bit much given the small pie size) were around $21-22 each plus a small slice of torte came to over $50 (not to include fees and delivery tip since we ordered through a delivery app) but it was definitely worth it. I originally ordered Crazy for Pizza through Doordash because it was one of the only well-rated restaurants open past 12 am. Let me say, the pizza was quite good, buy oh my stars....as a DIE HARD ranch lover...like, would drink hidden valley...this is the BEST RANCH I HAVE EVER HAD. I don't understand. We've ordered from them 3 times, and 2 of those times my order has been wrong, although the receipt reflects what I ordered. Tonight for example we ordered a pepperoni pizza and a vanilla milkshake. This was on the receipt and what I was charged for, but what we received was a plain cheese pizza and no shake. The last time we ordered from them in July we also only received a cheese pizza, but were charged for multiple toppings we ordered and again a shake we didn't receive. I give up. read more
