    I want to update my review, because I've heard from Ryan from the corporate office. While they did…read morenot provide good cleaning in my home, they have tried to make things right. They issued a full refund and offered numerous apologies. They said that they are using this experience to train their staff, and I hope that is true. They also said this experience was a one-off, and based on all the reviews I've seen, I will take them at their word. While my cleaning experience with them was poor, I can appreciate how hard they've worked to make things right. I didn't want or need a full refund, but I'm glad they decided to do the right thing and give that to me. It speaks to the character of the business. While I cannot give their cleaning services anything more than a 1/5 stars, I will say their customer service and response have been 5/5. Truly exemplary. Thank you Ryan, for your customer care. It is appreciated.

The result was SO MUCH more. In addition to making everything look better than when I moved in (awesome baseboards, tub, and stove cleaning) the team made some adjustments to my space that made a real difference. They recommended for instance, moving my trash can to the other side of my kitchen for easier reach, and now I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm also very impressed by how professional and respectful the team was. This was the first time I've invited cleaners into my home and I was nervous about what the experience would be like. All the worries were nothing because I couldn't have had a better experience.

I never write reviews on Yelp, but this review had to be written…read more I'm a small business owner, and have worked with a number of different cleaning agencies in the Washington DC area. I've never, ever, seen a group of folks pay such attention to detail when it comes to this work. Let me give you some examples. You know that dust that gets stuck in the bottom of your LCD display on your phone, way down there in the crack? I never see that. Does your phone have a soft scent of fresh flowers? Mine does. Can you wipe your finger on the top of your whiteboard, that part waaay up there, and see no residue on your finger? I can. After someone cleans your desk, is it both spotless and have nothing out of place? Mine does. Let me cut to the chase. If you need a cleaning team that treats your house/office like you had all day to clean it yourself, do yourself a favor and hire this crew. Small business, a ridiculous focus on customer satisfaction, and fantastic punctuality. I recommend them without question.

Your employees should be a representative of you . Although I never used their services, the way this business handled the situation was extremely disappointing. I never received a follow-up call, email, or text regarding my complaint. I know my message was received because the employee contacted me with threats after I reached out to the business. I even offered to provide the messages as proof. It has been over a month with no response or accountability, so I feel it's important to leave this review. If you are Black or African American, I would strongly reconsider using this business. Update respond back to the owner . You did not reach out regarding this at all, either personally or professionally. She works for you and is a reflection of your business. So, in other words, you're saying she's allowed to make racial comments as long as they weren't directed at a customer? You haven't returned a single call or spoken with me to even review the evidence I have. That evidence includes three separate police reports all stating the same thing, as well as Facebook messages containing racial slurs. You took her word and that was the end of it . Doing a FULL investigation would require both parties and speaking with the person with the complaint. It shows how you treat black people . That response alone shows the type of business you choose to stand behind. No worries, though. My review will remain posted.

    I bought a Groupon because my condo desperately needed a cleaning. The cleaning was okay, but I…read moreprobably won't use them again. Scheduled a day and time about 2 weeks in advance. Though I knew I would be working from home I asked them to contact me 20 minutes before they would be arriving. We scheduled a 9-11 am arrival time. They called at 8:35 and indicated they would arrive in 20 minutes. I went downstairs as my building requires me to let them in, plus needed to show them where to park. I went downstairs at 8:55 and they weren't there. In fact I waited downstairs until 9:30 and called the number they called me from and it went right to voicemail. Ok, left them a message that I was going back upstairs and to call when they were closer. I found out they were in traffic due to construction. I think they should have called to tell me that. It was a workday for me! Anyway they arrived and hardly spoke English and I don't speak much Spanish. Recommend to the company that they send someone who at least has some basic knowledge of the English language so its not hard to explain things to them. Trying to tell them where to park was like pulling teeth. I knew what to expect as after I purchased the Groupon I went to their website. i could see that they upcharged for many things. Ok, well, I opted not to get any of the extras as all i really needed was some vacuuming, dusting, and basic cleaning. The cleaning part was the only reason for the 2 stars as they actually did a pretty good job there. But one of the ladies, her phone kept ringing and she'd pick it up and go into another room and talk on the phone. This happened multiple times and frankly I was getting sick of it since she was there to clean and I was trying to work. One call, okay, maybe two if it was an emergency, but more than that is just ridiculous. Again, send someone who has at least a basic grasp on the English language. Not likely to book again.

I also showed the baseboards which is also advertised as cleaned, they said they don't do it. My children are attending school virtually and they're bickering with me. Then speaking Spanish loudly on face time. Disrupting my home. The worst customer service. I was pointing things out and one cleaner said "lady I have more houses to go to. I cleaned it already!" Was her response after I showed I could get everything spotted up myself with a Lysol wipe. They laughed in my face and said bye. After slamming my door! They claim to have left their Jacket and was banging on my door. Then called the police because of their carelessness. There is no such items here. Theor website says the following and I don't have any liability to your employers either. They need to vacate the premises.
