Furthermore I was at risk of an imminent accident and failing inspection. Was given a quote of over $600 to fix. I decided to go get a second opinion. The Ball joints are fine, it turns out, and a successful alignment was completed elsewhere.

We were pleasantly surprised, they were friendly, honest and the turn around had us out the door in just over an hour. They were very down to earth people, the owner was on site and when asked if we wanted the tire warranty he said oh never mind your not local, but did say if we had any ANY problems at all he would find a location, with cooper tires and make things right. Top notch customer service all around. No one plans to have to replace 4 tires (AWD) on a weekend trip but I guess if it does and your in Springfield, MA make City Tire your stop.

I came in with a bad tire and rim, asked for an overall check to ensure safety and they found bad tie rod ends. Warranty company was very challenging to get ahold of but Dave worked so hard, was flexible and was very patient throughout. After all of the warranty process, when they could start ordering parts (after 5pm) for my car they had it all done by 11am the next morning. The tire took the longest to come in because they wanted to ensure it was the same as the others so it wouldn't cause any problems with the alignment (I respect rather than pushing Me to get all 4 new tires like others would do). They were able to repair the dent in my rim rather than buying a new one as well. Overall so relieved to have a place I can trust that cares about not only getting the money but giving customers the best service and most for their money. A huge thank you!!!

We had 2 separate blow outs on the same wheel of our camper during a recent vacation. We called…read morePete's and trepidatiously drove with no spare. They seemed great on the phone and had the right size of trailer tire in stock. We arrived 30 min. Prior to closing and were greeted with empathy (as we were pretty traumatized from 2 blow outs on the interstate). Multiple technicians looked under our travel trailer to try to diagnose the cause for 2 good tires to blow. While nothing was or has been figured out, we were put at ease. Rather than just putting the 8 ply tire on our open wheel, they moved the tires, so a 6 ply was now our spare, and we were back to having 4, 8 ply tires under our camper. Pete's had incredible service, was reasonable, and the guys there were honestly an answer to prayer. We are from the midwest, and cannot be repeat customers. But, if we lived closer, Pete's would be our first choice for our tire needs. I never take the time to write reviews, but I had to due to the exceptional service we received in our hour of need. A quick Google search directed us to Tire Warehouse, 6 minutes away from where we were and thankfully open on a Sunday so we took a chance. We walked in and explained the situation. Within 10 minutes, our truck was looked at, tack removed, tire plugged and repaired. We were attempted to be shooed off and that we owed nothing, but we refused and threw a quick $60 at them. They saved the day and hours of aggravation elsewhere, how could we not. The people who work there are friendly, honest, considerate..I mean... I could just keep going on.
