I went there for two parts for my 2008 Saab. One was on back order in the Northeast (Saab dealers were unable to obtain the part). Guess what? They had it! I'm actually happy that my car broke down or I wouldn't have discovered this gem. This is now my goto store for used Saab parts, even though they're 40 miles away. He acknowledged me and asked if he could help. I explained my situation, and he said he would come out and see what the issue was. He came out, looked at my car. The original bulb was broken when someone drove into my car. He knew he could remove the part from the car. He took it back into the store. At this point he saw the bulb was crushed right into the bulb holder and was shattered. The got several tools and got all the glass remnants out. Mine had died earlier in the morning and I was able to get a jump start to get to work. Knowing that the temperatures were going to be in the single digits overnight, it was important for me to get this fixed quick or risk being stuck again. Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by José who listened to my story and found the battery that was recommended for my vehicle. Before selling me anything, he wanted to verify that it was really the battery that was at fault and not the alternator or anything else. He had me pop the hood and hooked up his battery tester to confirm the fault was indeed with the battery. It was pretty cold out- in the 20's- but he was able to remove the old battery and install the new one in minutes. José was a great technician to deal with - professional, friendly, & competent. I definitely recommend this store for anyone needing a battery replaced and will use them for my minor automotive needs going forward.

Mercedes-Benz of Springfield have the worst service department I have ever encountered, I have a…read more2005 Mercedes-Benz S500, I took it there four times for service, they overcharge you they price gouge, you supposed to listen to everything they tell you but they don't want to listen to nothing you have to say, the service department treat like was a bum off the street. I always get wrong parts, and a break things while they trying to figure out what's the problem is. They play favorites with their customers. They Rob the one who they know they can get away with, I'll never go back there, I turned that whole company over to God almighty to let him judge them. It's not even worth a star.
