A good friend of the family recommended here and I always knew of the place and drove past it a zillion times but never had thought they would service any of my vehicles. As for my experience I guess I am just indifferent. I knew going in it was not going to be a fix in first try and out type of deal. Car has had some issues in the past with the check engine light and all that jazz. First trip was a cool $300 and change for replacing a part and labor. Light came back on within 40 miles and brought it back for another 9.5 hour service. All was well and was told it was driven every where except the highway, needless to say took it on the highway and yup, light came back on. It went back in and we replaced the first part, at no cost, that was aftermarket to a new part and next thing I know my car passed emissions test. Haven't fully took it all in yet, we'll see if the light pops back on or not.

Todd Luzi promised timely service and offered to put the truck on his lot for sale after the job was done. Little did I know! I dropped the truck off at Luzi's Auto Body in July and nothing was done to the truck for months. Todd Luzi kept making empty promises and excuses. 6 months later the work was still unfinished. I finally decided to take the truck off his lot and let another shop finish the job (at additional expense to me). Adding insult to injury, Luzi insisted on cash payment and refused to accept a check, even a certified check, for the partial work done. Don't waste your time and money at Luzi's.

Bob is a stand out guy who has nothing but passion for the service he provides for his customers…read more My car is old with high miles and typically when something goes wrong with it I bring it to Harvey Auto which is walking distance from me. The car got to the point from rust where Jim didn't feel comfortable putting it on a lift. Long story short my car came here because the gas tank needed to be replaced before other services could be done by Jake Luzi (like I said, car is old with many problems). It took Bob little to no time to provide his service and get the car to Jake and back on the road to me. There was a hiccup though. When the gas tank was replaced the float that reads how much gas is in the tank was not set correctly and yes you guessed it I ran out of gas. Only problem was I did not know that was the problem seeing how my gauge read that I had 3/4 full. Car was towed to Harvey Auto and took Jim pulling out the pump to tell me that the tank was not set correctly and I had no gas. After finding this out and my car was put back together I came and talked to Bob about what happened and he was very apologetic about what happened, which you could clearly see in his facial expressions he was disappointed. During our conversation he mentioned that I should have brought it to him first and would have honored his services, certainly had I known that the gas tank was the issue I would have had it towed here. But, we made up and went on with our day. Overall despite what had happened I am still pleased with his quick service and his gratitude for the work he had provided on short notice.

There were some recent magazines in a rack plus a tv was on for entertainment. There are only 4 chairs though. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I asked the manager to tell the tech to fill all 4 tires to 42 psi. I left and found the front tires were at 36 psi and the rear tires were at 34.
