There were some recent magazines in a rack plus a tv was on for entertainment. There are only 4 chairs though. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I asked the manager to tell the tech to fill all 4 tires to 42 psi. I left and found the front tires were at 36 psi and the rear tires were at 34.

It sat untouched for about three hours. I was later told the job was "complete," only for them to add that they couldn't remove the rear tires and suggested I take it to a mechanic. I ended up removing them myself and returning so they could finish the job I was already paying for. My vehicle drove perfectly when I dropped it off, but after their "work," it began making a loud mechanical noise that wasn't present before. When I brought it back to address the issue that started immediately after their service, they denied responsibility and told me to "see a mechanic." I should not have to go elsewhere and incur additional costs to fix a problem that may have been caused during this visit. Hours wasted, incomplete service, and zero accountability. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

They had a…read morephoto and description of the units on Craigslist showing what appeared to be brand new Wheels and Tires. Being Craigslist, you sometimes worry things are not as they may appear. Especially when I live three hours from their location. However, not only were Krista and Bill quick to respond to my inquiry of their posting, they were also very patient with all my back and forth emails. They were also very accommodating to me as far as holding the wheels and tires until I was able to get down to them due to my crazy schedule. It really is a car guys dream store. I could hang out in here all day looking for projects to get myself in trouble with. Tons of accessories and performance parts. I recently had service there to replace my busted radiator. They got me in quick. Communication needs more work on their side. After waiting awhile I had to go up and ask what they found wrong. They said I needed a new radiator. Total price of like $460. They charged for a couple hours of labor based on what computer said. I know from researching, it was only like an hour long job. I guess that's what you get for paying by the job, and not the actual time it took.

I had to get valve caps replaced since they didn't put anything back on and had me driving with none on. I called and explained the situation to the manager VICTOR LOPEZ who told me that the missing valve caps didn't matter and "wasn't a big deal " and even the lack of alignment ...he didn't have any sort of concern when I expressed having children in my car and missing valve caps would lead to slow air leaks, underinflated tires, and potential tire damage. This manager was condescending and rude and did not ONCE apologize to me nor offer to fix anything. He said the " work was done ". He did NOT care. They knew I lacked knowledge and that they could do any kind of work on my car and give it back to me and I wouldn't know. I'm stuck with this horrible tire job- DO NOT GO HERE !! These people are rude and will not admit to any mistakes nor fix it.

The tech told me I had a broken control arm and one of my tail lights was not red. Ok not a biggie, went to my dealership and had it fixed and given a once over for other things as it is a 10yr old car. I had a broken tie rod not control arm and the tail light was red just not as deep a red as the other side. I changed the bulb and went back to get reinspected. I was failed again. 'The front end is still loose' is what I was told. I told the tech, same one who had inspected it before, that he had said the control arm was broken not the front end was loose. I told him I had been to the dealership who sold me the car and serviced it the whole time I have owned it and had a tie rod replaced, the control arms were fine (I had them looked at three months before and bushings replaced) and the light was red. He said to me "The dealership does not know what they are doing." My boyfriend, unbenounced to me, had issues with them for inspection before. They told him he needed new tires when his were almost brand new. I would not trust these fools to work on or inspect a car headed to the scrap heap. They are looking to take advantage of people getting inspections and needing work or in my case not needing work. It is dispicable and I am registering a complaint with BBB and the MassDOT.
