My almost 5 dog has been going here for a few years. Previously I've brought foster dogs here. This is a great practice you can trust them with the best care for your pet. Great front desk staff, efficiently managed place. They're not trying to bill you for everything under the sun. Subbu is very anxious pup and can be very stubborn (hard to move). Dr. Hummel initially & later Dr. Marissa Monopoli put him at ease. He is not an easy dog to win over, but their special voices and the brilliant vet techs do such a great job. We will miss Dr. Monopoli but CA and its pets are lucky to have her back. A highly qualified excellent doc and very compassionate angel! read more

The care the vets provided at City Veterinary Care here is exceptional in every way (Dr. Kaplan, Dr. Leet-Otley, Dr. Cloudman). They are awesome at diagnosing and treating any issues, plus they always make our dog Mavis feel welcome and loved on each visit. The vet techs are very high-caliber also, and like the vets, take the time to be affectionate with our dog, which makes a big difference. I am extremely upset after dealing with City Vet. I have been taking my dog there since I rescued him, eight years ago. He is an aggressive dog because he had a very shady past; therefore he can get aggressive while at the vet and/or groomer. No fault of his own, of course. The poor guy was found fending for himself on the streets of Brooklyn. The only way to bathe and groom him is to knock him out so he won't bite. I've been doing this at City Vet twice a year for a number of years. By the way, he is a Tibetan Terrier mix, no more than 25 pounds. I know they aren't groomers but each time I take him to get shaved, I specify to please get as close to his face as possible. I picked him up yesterday and his body was shaved clean, but his face wasn't even washed. It was dirty and matted. They didn't even touch it with water!! I got home and was very upset so I called to voice my dismay. I asked to speak with Dr Kaplan but that was dismissed completely. The office manager was rude and said she couldn't risk her employees getting hurt so they didn't touch his face. This is a VET!! I'm sure they have handled much bigger, more aggressive dogs than my 25 lb guy. I mean, you would expect more for $400 each time he goes under for his shave. The office manager had the nerve to ask if I'd like to terminate our relationship. I am extremely upset and feel taken advantage of and spoken to in a very defensive manner. UPDATE TO THIS HORRIBLE VET CARE First of all, I need to make a correction to aforementioned, the bill for grooming was over $600! Outrageous. I just called Ciy Vet to get a refill of a medicine my dog was taking; I was told he had to be weened off of it because it would be dangerous to stop cold turkey. The owner, Dr Kaplan, got on the phone with me. He told me that my dog has an issue with his kidneys that needs attention and medicine to prevent further damage. Immediately following, he told me that my dog isn't welcome back at city vet because I wrote a bad review. This goes against every moral and ethical principle I can think of. Don't vets also take an oath? I am disgusted and appalled with this snowflake behavior by a professional. I hurt his ego, so he takes it out on my dog?? Instead of asking me how we can correct my dismay with the care I received on my dog's last visit. So now my dog has no refill to ween off his recent med and no treatment for his new kidney ailment. Since moving back to New York in April of 2014, there has been no veterinary service that even comes close in comparison to the intelligence of the doctors found at this clinic. Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Mohr have been our magical team for seven years after another vet misguided us and we lost one of our babies in a tragic way. We've suffered a lot of mistakes in the past due to incompetence of other vets so naturally we've been wary but I trust City Vet wholeheartedly. Anytime we've tried closer vet clinics for even the simplest of things, the comparison of quality is so evident. There is no better place to trust your precious ones with in all of NYC. *Started this review several years back, but didn't realize it hadn't posted. And I'm feeling especially upstanding with this review, because I've visited City Vet more than 100 times over the course of 10 years. With pretty much zero exceptions, City Vet cared impeccably for our Chihuahua, Holiday, for everything from routine shots and the special gland expression that all Chihuahuas need to feel "regular," to minor surgical procedures and cardiac imaging. This is no simple task when it comes to a delicate pooch that tips the scales at five pounds (give or take a few ounces, depending on how much she'd been spoiled recently). Much of the most important care occurred amid the extraordinarily taxing conditions of the pandemic, when the staff had to manage the nonstop daily zoo of anxious animals and humans while wearing masks and staging a sidewalk tent in often-ghastly weather. When Holiday entered her golden years, the staff repeatedly found the latest and greatest super-supplements that not only made her more comfortable but also restored her vitality for many precious months at the ripe old age of 16.5 years. And when the time came for us to say goodbye, the clinic's owner, Dr. Kaplan, went way, way above and beyond with patience and compassion -- the way that he handled the circumstances was profoundly meaningful and something my wife and I won't ever forget. CLEAR YOUR SCHEDULE IF YOU HAVE TO GO HERE. I've been going to this place for about a decade. The staff, vets, are great. As far as I know, this is a good place to get your pet taken care of. However, there is a serious drawback that has driven me to the limit of sanity. Over the last few months, events have dictated that we needed to bring our dog in about every week, usually for a dropoff tech visit. And every time *every time* we are kept waiting for 20-40 minutes for our pet to be picked up, and then 20-40 minutes for our pet to be returned to us when we come back. I've been to other vets, doctors, dentists - I understand waiting rooms, places having busy days. In about 15-20 visits (so that's 30-40 waits), we have NEVER had our dog promptly picked up, or dropped off to us. It's uncanny. I've tried scheduling for a window for drop-off, for a specific time, first thing in the morning. The result is constant. We arrive. We wait.... and wait... and wait... The team of staff are friendly and helpful, but they are unphased by the fact that we just sit around - NOT for a vet visit, mind you - but a tech dropoff. (I won't get into the fact that despite the team of admin staff, I have never experienced longer hold times this side of Verizon, the hold music haunts my dreams, and they still shamelessly use the limp "covid" excuse for long wait times. In 2024 that's an insult.) I never would have batted an eye about the wait times if I wasn't having to come in on a regular basis, but now that I do, it's unacceptable! EVERY TIME. A half hour for them to take the dog off our hands. A half hour for them to bring him back, even though we have only returned because we received a call to come get him. My only conclusion is they are heavily overbooking out of greed. Normally a wait time is something I would overlook, but it's really uncanny. read more

Very good practice. I was working with three vets treating my cat who had multiple internal medical problems. They were very sympathetic and helpful with their assessments. Most importantly, I felt heard and respected as a client. Although there was nothing they could do for my kitty in the end, I plan to continue bringing my pets there. A couple con's: I wish they would give you the option to not hear the hold music when you call - or change that tune. It's pretty sappy and sentimental and it reminds me of my poor sick cat and those very challenging times where I would have to call a couple times a week. I often had questions that required speaking to a receptionist and the hold times are often long. The waiting room would also get pretty noisy and boisterous which always stressed me out. Other than that, I highly recommend City Vet. And Dr Kaplan's Toby Project is an inspiration. read more

A great and caring vet practice, highly recommend. Dr. Khan is the best doctor, very intelligent, kind, and honest. She helped us through several feline illnesses - and old ages - and made difficult things a bit more bearable with her positive demeanor. They did a great job taking care of patients during Covid, setting up an outdoor waiting room plaza outside the usual waiting room and accommodating everyone. Animals still get sick during pandemics. This gave so much peace of mind. The founder has spayed and neutered countless animals in need, low-income neighborhoods and colonies. We would not trust anyone else. read more

Bloody nails!! Brought my cat in for a check up. The vet (Dr.Chiverton) insisted on trimming nails even though I said no. She trimmed 8 nails in under 5 seconds while my cat screamed. My cat kept on meowing in distress after leaving the vet. I finally took a closer look and SEVERAL of his nails are bloody!! I was furious. I called back immediately and questioned how this happened. I didn't get any apologies at all. "Well sometimes it's easy to trim too close" is all I got. This is a bunch of BS because I personally raised over 30 foster kitties, trimmed their nails weekly and never have I ever caused any bleeding! The level of carelessness and entitlement is stunning. She did a thorough review, broke down what may be wrong, and after going through the options she made her professional opinion. She made it super simple to work though a tough time for my sick cat. I felt the service was above and beyond but to put the icing on the cake she even picked up the phone to check up on my cat Sahara a few days after the visit. This may shock you but that's the first Vet in NYC that's ever done that for me. I also found the cost to be extremely reasonable compared to their competitors. Ive had cats for almost 13 years so have a good idea of what the vets usually recommend. In the past I've met vets that recommend things that benefit them but not my cats or myself. I felt Dr Chiverton was honest and up front toward what was needed and did not over charge on anything we did not need. I had one doctor attempt to charge $850 per cat for a standard checkup. Another instance my cat had crystals in their bladder; all you have too do is give them the urinary track food and they attempted to charge me over $1600 for that visit. First time that's happened compared to the previous NYC vets I've worked with in the past. I am so happy to have found this place and I strongly recommend Dr Chiverton and City Vet team! read more

This vet used to be better pre-pandemic. Now they're like taking your car to a repair place that invents a laundry-list of things you need to test for. Moreover, I just needed to take my dog to get a prescription re-fill. Not only did I have to get an expensive, full-exam just to do this, they wouldn't even prescribe my dog's long-time eye medication. Instead, they gave me a weak substitute. Sure enough, after a month my dog's eye became infected and needed the previous medication City Vet wouldn't re-prescribe. Luckily I had a tiny bit left in a vial and it cleared up her eye issue right away. Don't take your pet here unless you want to shell out $1,000+ just for a routine visit and have the vet not even give you what your pet needs. Abysmal. read more

I would give 10 stars if I could! I have been going to City Vet for 10 and a half years, since I adopted my first dog Ziggy. The staff and doctors are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable. Initially I saw Dr. Hurson, and when she moved out of state, I began to see Dr. Kaplan, who I believe is the head of the practice. Both doctors were informative and thorough in their explanations of my pets' health and any procedures that needed to be done. On Sunday, I sadly had to put down my dog Ziggy due to untreatable health issues that arise from old age. Dr. Kaplan and the staff were so kind and compassionate throughout the entire process. They made it as comfortable as they could. Dr. Kaplan even took the time to hand write me a condolences card, which I received today. I will continue to go to City Vet for my other dog, and for any future pets I may have. I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

I brought my cat here and they did a horrible job with her care 1) Never asked me questions about my cats current health state before making a diagnosis 2) waited until it was to late to suggest my cat go to hospital -- hospital was almost closed and couldn't provided necessary services until next morning 3) were unsympathetic to my concerns -- like a typical pet owner, I was very nervous about my cats health and needed my questions answered 4) vet was overcrowded and at least second floor (where the animals are kept in cages for prolonged treatment) is dirty and disorganized 5) reception staff is rude 6) overpriced (but I know many NYC vets are) 7) DOCTOR ROMERO was our doctor and I DO NOT recommend Advice, unless your pet needs very very routine care (such as vaccinations or routine check up) go somewhere else. read more

Strongly mixed feelings. I'm now on my fifth dog with this clinic, and the care that they have received has been, with a very few exceptions, quite competent. On the other hand, they have a revolving door of clinicians, which makes it impossible to have the kind of relationship with your dog's vet that I have had in the past. Not only that, their business model is to relentlessly upsell. No matter what you come in for, they want to sell you additional (expensive) optional services or additional unproven (expensive) products like probiotics for your dog. Of course, because you are there for your pet's health, it it is difficult to say no, and I have definitely received many raised eyebrows from them when I did not elect to add these purchases to my already sky-high bill. Would another veterinarian like to open a clinic on this block, by any chance? I bet there are many of us who would like to give you a try. read more

If you love your pet and care for its well-being, go somewhere else. Negligent is too kind of a description for their services, at least in "Dr." Romero's case. I had given this location multiple chances, and that was a huge mistake. Their first priority is to get your pet out as soon as possible, while billing you as if they provided competent service. When I brought my dog in a couple years back, I brought to Romero's attention two smaller lipomas on his waist and a much larger one on his abdomen. While she aspirated the smaller ones, she completely dismissed the abdominal growth as muscle tissue, though the mass was movable and asymmetric with the other side. Didn't even aspirate. I came back again a month or two later for another test, this time insisting the larger mass be tested and low and behold, it was a large lipoma. Her examinations seemed tailored to take as little time as possible, even if that meant missing pertinent health issues. Fast forward a few months to when a mass on his waist had grown to the size of a baseball. Seeing that it constantly bothered him and having done some research, I went to City Veterinary Care to have it surgically removed. I also inquired/suggested whether a drainage tube should be installed for such a large mass to help drain any fluid that might build up, to prevent infection and facilitate healing. Well, they removed the mass, leaving a pretty jagged incision and no drainage tube. Guess how that turned out (see the attached photos). The wound seeped fluid and did not heal properly, and became somewhat infected. Apparently Google is a better vet than the butchers who work here. So, we brought him in once again (to be caged while waiting to be seen - 5/6 hours later than the scheduled time) and they finally put in that drainage tube I (not a vet) had suggested before the first procedure, and prescribed antibiotics. Oh, but before that happened, the clueless receptionist handed me a form and told me to sign it and give the go ahead for whatever they deemed necessary, and they would let me know what the cost was later on. No one else (doctor, administrator who had a clue) besides this vapid person was available to give me any information whatsoever. Floored by the sheer gall of these guys to ask for my consent to bill whatever, but with no options at this point, I signed the form and had them perform the procedure to install the drainage tube and re-stitch him (to correct the hack job they performed initially). That was the last time I've ever been back, and I've been much happier with Hudson Animal Hospital ever since. read more

First things first, Dr. Romero is a very good vet and the front desk staff are generally friendly. However the person who runs the clinic (Dr. Kaplan), seems to be just another greedy vet. They make it incredibly difficult to get prescriptions filled online and instead charge a 50% premium to fill prescriptions at the clinic. The idea that they are protecting against fake prescriptions online is ridiculous. Petco owns one of the Largest online pharmacies - they could easily have a preferred list. read more

Really disappointed in this vet. They have definitely taken on too many clients, because it is always crowded and often impossible to get an appointment. We liked the doctors themselves but the staff are not helpful and not reassuring. When our dog became really sick overnight, we went to an animal hospital that treated him and they recommended we visit with our normal vet the next day. When I explained to City Vet that our dog was sick and this was an emergency circumstance, they still were unable to fit us in or have anyone look at him the entire day. Dr. Kaplan is amazing! He spent a full hour with my cat. Due to their COVID protocol, I had to wait outside, but he called several times throughout the exam to discuss various issues with me. He was very clear about options and costs, very knowledgeable, and even offered to clip her nails for free (other vets I've used will charge for that). I did have a frustrating experience at first, so FYI to anyone who might drive there during COVID: you absolutely cannot park out front, even for just a minute. I understood curbside pickup to mean that they would come out for the animal, but you had to go to the door and buzz to get someone to come out. (I tried calling, but no one answered after several minutes on hold.) So I left my car for a few minutes to buzz the front desk and wait for someone to come out; in that short time I got a ticket! This process makes it very difficult to drop animals off if you have a car, because parking isn't exactly abundant in the area. (I know it's NY and no one drives, but just a tip if, like me, you're trying to avoid public transit during the pandemic and are fortunate to have brought a car with you when you moved to the city from a driver-oriented locale.) It wasn't really their fault so I'm not docking any stars here, but I do wish they had been more clear and detailed about the dropoff process. That said, Dr. Kaplan kindly offered to split the cost of the parking ticket with me when he heard what had happened and all in all I can't recommend him as a doctor highly enough. read more

I'm very confused. I went twice to fhis place because dr kaplan was highly recommended. Both times i went i indicated that my dog has issues with their paws which could be a result of a sprain. Both times, the doctors addressed everything else accept the sprain nor did they try to make an attempt to further investigate. The second time I went I pointed out that my dog gets cuts cause of the snow and her paws are sensitive but doctor didn't even address this issue. I love them-- the care has been good and effective, and they are honest. Our previous vet (about 15 blocks uptown) always insisted that the most expensive option was the only way to be sure our dog would be okay. There were always more tests to be done, etc., and always she was fine anyway. It was a racket. But City Vet will be very honest, and say, "Let's not bring her in for that yet. Observe her for X amount of time, looking for symptoms Y and Z, and call us back to let us know." Then, if I forget to update them, they reach out to me to check! At our old vet, we'd have paid $300 in tests by this point. I'm so grateful to have an honest vet. Thank you! read more

Had a great experience here. Moved to the area and scheduled, after getting a recommendation, over the phone with friendly receptionist for next week. I filled out new patient paperwork online which they somehow didn't have so I had to redo but they already had my dog's records from previous vet whose info I had given them. Dr. Romero was very calm, kind, and clear about pricing. She didn't try and oversell me. They did the vaccines in the room, which I have never experienced before, bloodwork my dog was taken to the back. I started my appointment on time. The visit is $100, which is pricey but standard for NYC. The waiting room was a little loud and hectic, but overall very happy. Will be back as regular patient! read more

Additionally I want to say City Vet is my go-to when something is wrong and needs to be addressed asap. There is a protocol in place from start to finish- top notch professional, knowledgable and caring vets. When a new neighbor moves in and is looking for a vet I refer them to City Vet. I trust City Vet. Some of the vets have been there for years. That's a good sign. They do preventive care, not just good-for-now care. I have learned so much from consulting with Dr. Cameron and Dr. Mohr, as well as Dr. Hurson in regards to the tiniest indicators in our cat's bloodwork. Things to watch for, leveling off of medication doses, keeping everything in balance. I can't say enough about this practice and I am grateful to have them close by. read more

Unfortunately I have to take back what I said 3 years ago based on a recent visit. I took my senior dog for her annual check up and vaccines. She saw a new vet (there has been lots of turnover and most times my dog sees a new vet.). My dog has a history of GI issues and every vet asks about my dog's diet. This vet did not. Dr. Kaplan had mentioned a few years ago that my dog was starting to get cataracts. This new vet said nothing about the status of my dog's cataracts. This new vet said nothing about the status of my dog's cataracts. She did insist on blood test and urine tests. In the past my dog only got these tests when she had issues or when she was not taking heart pills. She has been taking these heart pills. I was surprised but did not object. The vet also recommended ultrasounds because of my dog's age (and mentioned that it was cheaper to have City Vet do them than go outside.). The blood and urine tests were expensive (over $200.). They were done on Saturday morning and as of Wednesday I did not hear from the doctor about the results. I sent an angry email and threatened to write a bad yelp review and got an immediate response. Dr. Kaplan left me a voicemail saying that my dog always got bloodwork for checkups but that is not true. I looked up the new vet's bio and she literally just graduated last year. She is not experienced. I sent a text to the practice telling them to let Dr. Kaplan know of this new doctor's deficiencies (re not asking about my dog's diet) but he has not responded. They only seem to care about charging for expensive tests and ignoring basic health issues (such as GI and cataracts.). read more

The staff was very friendly....but are either incompetent or serious scam artists. I would never recommend that anyone take their pet here if they value the health of their animal or their bank account. I brought my dog in for what looked like a growth on his eye, and the vet confirmed that it would need to be surgically removed which would coast over $1,300. Thankfully, I thought to get a second opinion; the second vet said it was a blood blister, popped it and charged $20. It is hard to believe that a vet would try to charge over $1K for a "surgeon" to walk into a room and pop a blood blister. Welcome to New York City I guess..... Pet owners beware! read more

We during some intensive research to find Dr. Kaplan. We made an appointment months in advance. We were anxious to take our dog to see him and traveled over an hour by train to New Jersey to do so. My partner is disabled and when we reached the office, we discovered it was down a flight of stairs and had no handicapped accessible entrances. There was a wheel chair lift, so I asked the front desk staff to operate it so my partner could come in to the office. The front desk staff never got up or apologized to us, but literally shouted from the desk, "Sorry--the city is supposed to certify that wheel chair lift and they haven't yet. We can't use it." Although there were literally no other patients or clients in the office at that time, the staff then just acted as if we weren't there. They literally made no attempt to ask questions about who we were, when was our appointment, or could they do anything to help--they literally sat there doing nothing. As my partner and dog sat outside in the snow, I came down the stairs to cancel our appointment. At that point one of the desk staff said, "Yeah--so sorry about that. Not much we can do about it." Showing this type of disregard and callousness for the disabled is not only possibly a violation of the ADA, but more importantly terrible service. I just cannot say enough about Dr Kaplan. I have now been through two generations of dogs and travel in from Queens NY to have Dr Kaplan care for my Cheyenne. He always makes me feel like I am the ONLY client when I know he has so many others. I started seeing Dr Kaplan for our late Jessie back in 1995- that's 27 years! He is the MOST compassionate and knowledgeable human being to walk this Earth. My appointments with him are NEVER rushed, EVER and he replies to my emails ASAP. If it wasn't for Dr Kaplan- I sincerely think I would not have gotten another dog after my Jessie died. He is that amazing! And he is NOT about the money- For an upper west side Veterinary Practice- his prices are beyond reasonable. That's because his devotion to his passion in life far exceeds how much money he could line his pockets with. Plus with his Toby Project which he founded years back, he started to perform free neutering and spaying for animals throughtout the City and beyond. I don't think there is a Veternarian out there that would dedicate his time and resources for these types of services. Finally, he is truly an advocate for animal rights. This man is truly a saint! Beware of City Vet Care on w72nd. I went to see Dr. Kaplan and was advised by him to move forward with a surgery for my dog, who was 14 at the time. I had asked the doctor, twice, whether or not to move forward with a very evasive and expensive procedure for my dog, since she was older, and he said, "If it were my dog, I would. I guarantee this will help your dog, even though she was 14." I trusted the doctor to advise me and my dog passed away, 2 days after the surgery, with a great amount of suffering. The doctor later told me that the procedure was too much for my dog, most likely, due to her age...what the f@#$! Isn't that why I asked him twice, if it was the best thing to do? The procedure cost me $4,000 and I have no dog to show for it. His way of calming me down was to say that I could pay over time...wow, seriously?! Then a week later, I brought in my cat, who was 18, and yet again, he advised me on another expensive procedure, which I, of course, listening to the doctor, went forward with it and she then passed away. I had her cremated and had asked her remains to be taken care of, since I knew it would be too hard for me emotionally to pick them up. A year later, I received a phone call from City Vet Care, that my cat's remains were in the fridge and waiting for them to be picked-up! What the hell are they still doing with my cat's remains?! Did they just stuff in her the back? You could not believe the horror I felt in hearing that they had never taken care of my cat's remains! The ineptness of the staff dumbfounded me. Dr. Kaplan only cares about money and not advising people on what is best for their pet and some of the staff seems inept. If I wasn't so distraught by seeing my sick animals, I would have thought more carefully and realizing their ages, would have asked for a second opinion or to have them put down peacefully, instead of making them suffer through painful procedures, which ultimately killed them and left me with a huge debt. Be careful of Dr. Kaplan and any advise he gives you! I highly recommend going to another vet, that will tell you the truth of how best to help your pet. read more

I am a well seasoned, multiple pet owner, and lover. I have had numerous experiences at some of the best animal clinics and hospitals in the city, and I believe I come from a place of reason and rational. After 30 plus years at another upper westside vet practice, I decided after a very problematic experience that it might be time to explore some other options. Over the 30 year period there were mistakes made, moods erratic and great compassion, excellent medical attention, accomplishments and professionalism administered to myself and my beloved animals. I am not here to name nor disparage my previous Vet practice, as I am so very grateful for the years and care my animals received. No 30 yr relationship will be perfect, and if that's what you are looking for you will be greatly disappointed anywhere you go. In my more recent exploration to find a new vet practice that would care for my pets, I narrowed down and have decided to stick with City Vet on the upper westside. It was initially recommended to me by a couple of my friends separately who have all had consistently great experiences and feel confident about Andrew Kaplan's practice. And to trust them implicitly in their ability to diagnose, treat and care for their fur babies (some without fur too). In the last month, I have had a beloved cat pass away suddenly, a grief stricken partner of the pet that passed, a dog with 2 Patellar Luxations and a back problem. I brought a new kitten into the home, and unfortunately, my bad, he was not as healthy as the adoptive clinic said he was. That unfortunately led to my other pets being exposed and made very sick by the kitten's ailments. City Vet has been rallying with and for my animals and has shown great care and sensitivity in treating them methodically, professionally and with tender love and care. While my main Dr is Dr Kaplan, I have had the pleasure of Dr Kahn's and Dr Romero's attention when I've presented in an emergency, which I have multiple times now. While every front desk can be overwhelmed at times with billing, phone calls, appointments and emergencies, I would not say they are unfriendly or rude. In fact, they have all been efficient, caring and reasonable in responding to my needs. It has also been my experience that everyone I've met has been an animal lover, and ooozes that adoration freely when they are not bogged down with responsibility. There have been quite a few occasions where medical advice could've gotten me to do too much too quickly and increased my cost and I never would've known. But that never happened. Dr Kaplan, while responsive and sensitive has consistently not rushed to the big buck resolutions, and has instead been very respectful and conservative regarding my financial output. In fact, what I've concluded is City Vets pricing is not only competitive with NYC Vet prices, but, in my experience has come out quite a bit lower. I don't mind paying a bit extra to use their pharmacy as the convenance is also a very important currency to me. In closing, I would highly recommend City Vet to anyone who loves and cherishes their pets and feel confident in the care and services they provide. It is quite sad when a person who has had a loss or even a mistake has been made to throw the baby out with the bath water. These are humans and animals, sometimes things happen, life is far from perfect, but, here the odds are great that you will find a place to feel confident bringing your animals and in the care that you receive.
