Wish I found this place years ago! Bruce and his team are everything you could ask for in a mechanic repair shop. Fast, friendly and honest! Honesty is pretty high up there on the list of qualities a mechanic should have. It's so easy to get taken advantage of if you don't know much about cars. Thankfully I do know a bit about cars and so I can always detect when a mechanic is not doing work on the up and up. Definitely not the case with citywide. He put the WRONG ENGINE in the car, admitted it and refused to refund my son's money for the engine that he paid for. We tried to politely negotiate getting the money back and he refused. You won't believe it. It's hard to find such a place where people truly cares! I have no words to express thanks for Bruce. I came from San Jose for Disneyland park and my car needed an oil change and the front part below the bumper was falling off. Place is new to me and don't know where to take the care to fix the falling part and oil change as my engine pulling was low. I decided to go here looking at the online review of others. Wow!! Bruce was genuine, he fixed the falling part with screws and dint even charge me for that saying it's just 4 screws. Hard to see these kind of people, in this kind of world. I asked if anything else needed attention? Usually in my location San Jose, when I go for one service, they ask me to fix 10+ things saying it needed attention. Bruce told me everything looks good and you are good to go. He told me, he would educate the customer how to take care of the car instead of unnecessarily asking them to change things. Bruce was awesome as well as his knowledgeable techs. Came in with a Chrysler 200 with electrical problems which was already misdiagnosed twice costing hundreds of dollars. Problem was actually an "intelligent power distribution center" and once replaced got rid of all the errant codes and started up as it should. Great job and highly recommended. read more

Car had some weird issues(turned out to be electrical), and they were the only ones to actually put me at ease. Bruce and the staff at Citywide took their time to thoroughly check my car after my freakish incident on the freeway. Bruce, was honest and I really appreciated that. Didn't exactly get work done, because they didn't have the most updated software for my car. However, I am definitely coming back for my oil change and alignments from now on. I had an issue with my air conditioning turning off and on, I got Citywide, Auto, Care, from Yelp With no appointment I went in and talk to Russ, who is extremely knowledgeable They repaired my car and restored my air conditioning, which turned out it was my upper and lower radiator had a leak, causing my air conditioning to turn off intermittently I felt the cost was fair, and I trusted their knowledge and experience I would highly recommend this company. Took my car to citywide auto care to get checked out as I felt a hesitation when starting my car. They tested my battery and ran a full diagnostic test but were unable to find anything wrong with my car. Bruce called and let me know they weren't able to find anything wrong and if I felt things get worse to bring it back.
