I had issues with my car's A/C during the hottest week of the year. I brought my car into Chapman Mobil and found Amir and his team to be knowledgeable and helpful. We talked about the issue and they were able to evacuate and recharge the system. He only charged for the Freon because the compressor was on the fritz. When the compressor gives out, you can bet I will seek out the Chapman Mobil team! P.S. A lot of the negative reviews are from a while back. They also price match other competitors and were willing to buy my car for parts in the case that I didn't wanna spend thousands of dollars in transmission repair. Outstanding Service and Honest Communication! I recently needed an evaporator coil replacement on my 2020 Jaguar E-Pace (with only 30,000 miles). After receiving a shockingly high initial quote from another shop for over $7,500, I started shopping around. Quotes ranged from $2,200 to $4,500, but I ultimately chose Chapman Mobil Auto Repair, who quoted $3,100. What won me over was their complete confidence in handling the repair efficiently, plus the convenience of providing a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. Amir, the service manager, was incredible throughout the entire process. He gave me daily updates and called/texted me right away whenever anything came up (it appears that the factory-installed evaporator coil may have been damaged during assembly). This has been our go to gas station for years. We'd pass by 3 mobile stations to get to this before we head home when we need gas. I had a huge natural disaster accident where I drove over a huge boulder that I couldn't avoid one early morning. Between Orange Hill Restaurant and OC Mining Co has many fallen rocks during high winds and thunderstorms. Myself along with 4 other cars probably striped a few couple items under our cars. It was either hitting a car next to me, swerving to the mountains or over the rocks. My first thought was taking my car to the dealership. Bad move and was quoted over the price of a decent used car. My warranty ran out last month. Perfect timing because I never used my extended warranty and when you need it, it's expired! Then I had my car towed to Firestone and they quoted me a couple grand less. It was an outrageous quote. After a coupe minutes of needing fresh air and walking around to research where else I can get my car done I look down the street and see this station where I would watch the guys work on cars while I pump gas. I called them and they said they can help. Had it towed there and hope it would be my last tow. They gave me the same diagnose as the previous two places replacing my radiator and 2 oil pans. I had no fluid left from the damage. They quoted me 3/4 less than my previous stops. Coming from a family that has 2 smog stations and a brother in law with a mechanic shop. The price was very fair and affordable. We said go for it and it took a day to work on and they treated me with so much care and respect. I work with predominantly male and of course they would ask what I had done and my costs. They all said it was a very good price and when your father and husband said it's fair... it's fair. I will refer my friends, family and Coworkers to here. As a female, you immediately feel intimidated walking into a mechanic shop. I just felt they were honest, good men that work there. I don't know why people are saying best prices. Here's my experience it it matters. I hope it you're looking to get a good deal you'll read this and decide NOT to go here. I go there for a smog check. Fail. 70$ gone. They say a diagnosis will cost another 70$, decide,to wait and ask advice,from my father. We decided to replace my air filter and run 91 octane with a gas additive for about 4 days. I get it smogged again at a place that does free retest if it falls - since mobile orange doesn't do free 're test unless they do the repairs. Well it failed a second time but my emissions levels went down a significant amount. Here's the kicker. I had mobile orange diagnose for 70$ because the other place was smog only. They quoted my repairs at 750$!!! Then seeing the shock at the price in our face they said "ohh well we like you so well bring the price down to 550$" acting like they're giving me a deal. My dad and I decide to leave and we get new O2 sensor and new fuel filter for 101$ .. The work took 15 min to replace these 2 items and then we had it resmogged for free at the place I had previously failed (champion smog) and my 97 toyota 4 runner passed with scores less than a new car! It measures a 79! Average is 90 and max is 512. My original emissions score was 686 and we got it down to 79 with about 120$ and 20 min of time. And mobile orange wanted to charge me 750$ for 20 min of labor and 120$ in parts. Probably cheaper for them since they get it at cost. Tl Dr: mobile orange is a rip off and was going to charge me $630 for 20 min. Of labor. Ps. The owner Sam can afford to,drive a brand new Bentley because of all the patrons he rips off.. He's a smooth talker so watch out. read more

I love this gas station. They have the best price for Supreme + Premium gas. I drive past three other Mobil stations to get to this one because they are consistently lower by 10 to 15 cents for premium. Easy in and out. Never a problem. I recommend using the Mobil app to pay. I was in town for a funeral service and had heard a fast paced rattling noise coming from my front passenger side tire of my car when traveling at higher speeds on the fwy on the way down so I tried to get my car seen as quickly as possible. The first two shops i took it too already had a wait list so i saw this listing on yelp and since it had good ratings i decided to try here. I arrived and parked, and a man named Francis i believe was outside like he was waiting for me. I went up and told him my cars symptoms and just asked if he could take a look to see what may be wrong with it and how much it would cost. He said, "sure thing just pull it over here." So he checked it out and luckily said all i needed were new tires so i asked him how long that would take to put them on and about how much and he said give him an hour and it would be about $380 for all four. I asked him where i and my mother could get something to eat nearby and he actually offered me and my mother some of his homemade broccoli and cheese soup that he had already hot in a pot from their kitchen break room lol. I said i didnt want to eat his own meal but he insisted and brought us out paper bowls and plastic spoons and napkins and then brought the pot out and served us! It was funny but very nice and saved me the cost of a meal as well. It took his guys about an hour to put all of the new tires on and then he drove the car up to me after i paid inside. Very nice service there and i felt i was given a fair price. Normally I'd buy my tires online to save money first and just pay to have them installed but since i wanted to make sure we got home safe i went ahead and bought them now to have peace of mind.
