Kevin and his staff were always incredibly gracious, never making us feel rushed, and consistently treating us like family. That kindness leaves a lasting impression. Reading some of the less-than-positive reviews honestly surprises me because our experience over the years has been consistently wonderful. We've always received excellent service, enjoyed the entertainment, appreciated the comfortable atmosphere and beautiful views from every table, and loved the nostalgia throughout the restaurant and memorabilia. And the food? Absolutely enjoyable every time. Considering the unique experience, atmosphere, entertainment, and very reasonable pricing, I think expectations should be balanced accordingly.
