Had a massage with Dawn today and it was really good. I told her I liked medium pressure and she definitely gave me that and maybe a little more because she said my lower back was really tight. She used Chinese oils at the end (think Tiger Balm) and I was all warm and tingling when I left. I had a Groupon and had no issues with a timely response, confirmation, welcome or use of it. The only reason I am deducting a star is that the office itself is a little bit unorganized looking with clutter everywhere but the music was fine and I really liked Dawn and the massage. read more

So, I went here today for a Groupon for a 60 minute massage. Misty was my massage therapist. I had booked a chiropractor appointment, not part of the Groupon, directly after it on the phone with Dr. Parker. So the massage today was good, and Misty was really nice and did some great work. The first thing I noticed is that the table was very uncomfortable. Details matter...they just do in massage. I used to be a massage therapist and I regularly get many done. Having a table that isn't comfortable or that doesn't have a heating pad really isn't good for a massage practice. The table has a hole in it near the head. This makes it awkward for females lying prone on the table. No heating pad makes it more uncomfortable and is just a nicety that makes this "warm and fuzzy". For music, she played Pandora..which I'm a fan of...but it has commercials...commercials aren't relaxing...so I just asked for silence instead. No biggie :) However it seems like she isn't really supported by the chiropractor. I felt kind of bad for her in her situation. The little things matter in massage, at least to me..people will come back. What the most disappointing this for me in this visit, was that Dr. Parker hadn't shown up for the chiropractor appointment. No call or text. He had made the appointment with me personally and yet didn't show up for it. Apparently he wasn't going to be in at all today and had 3 clients after me. This is unacceptable to me and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place based of that alone. He owns the practice. Not of this was the massage therapist's fault. It is unfortunate is all. I try and be patient and compassionate, but I really was looking forward to an adjustment..and have been looking for a new chiropractor...and was really disappointed to just have him not show up. I would been more understanding if he had contacted me first thing this morning...or even last night... but to just not show up. I've not had that happen before. read more

To start off, they were very kind considering I had a groupon that I had to use writhing two days before it expired and had appointments open that worked for me. They text you after the call to confirm and send to the address and parking info. Massage was good but as others have said, it's really the details that count. The massage table wasn't the most comfortable and the room didn't quite seem put together/relaxing enough. The phone playing music kept glitching so we ended up with no music. The massage it's self was wonderful, she took into account my previous injuries and helped as much as massage could. Good service and good people, just need to focus better on the details. read more

I went here for a massage, found out about it from groupon. Usually I think massage is a waste of my time and money because they always seem so weak. I had Daphne and she was amazing. Strong hands and pleasant conversation. An adjustment was not included with my purchase and I had been feeling like I needed one so I asked Miss Daphne what she thought-she said I would benefit from it. Dr. Parker was not there at the time but he sent me a text telling me to come back in the next few days and he'll adjust me free of charge. Sadly, I never made it because I have 4 monkeys and very little free time. I meant to review them sooner but I've been busy with all of my kids. I tend to share my voice about the bad stuff more often than the good. This is a great spot, the outside is a little hidden because it looks industrial, or maybe like a storage area...but seriously, this was the best massage I've ever paid for, I only wish I had bought the 90min. Tucked away in Imperial Plaza (Industrial Park), just off of exotic Hwy 212 in Clackamas, OR, you're going to find one of the most professional and communicative chiropractors I've ever met. Dr. William Parker ("Call me Bill") provided treatment for me this week, and I'm enjoying a substantial benefit from his work. The office is really neat, clean and tidy. His office called me a couple of hours ahead of time to confirm my appointment and to help me prepare ("Get there early to fill out paperwork"). Bill explained to me every step, so I had no fear. He doesn't crack bones, he works with the muscles as well as the bones, using wet heat, ultrasonic, and electrical implements. He first allows the muscles to relax before he applies direct pressure to make the adjustments. I went in due to the extraordinary amount of tension I've been carrying in my shoulders and neck, which was causing me to have chronic anxiety. All I know is after the treatment, my body had to go through a restful purifying time, and I feel more myself (devoid of the anxiety) than I have in a few years. Basically, Dr. Bill got the job done. And I do plan to go back soon. Although the business at this location is fairly new, Dr. Bill has been practicing chiropractic for 10 years or so, and his experience shows. His rates are very competitive, even if you don't have insurance. He is also licensed to do CDL exams and other required testing. The office retains a massage therapist. I have not yet used his services, but if he maintains the standard set by the rest of the office then he will be very good indeed. Even if you don't think you need chiropractic for aches and pains, you should still go for the preventative care and training. You'll be glad you did! read more

I bought a package and called up and and ask them told call me back I used the wrong name the first time . But call back three more times in 24 hour for a massage ! After that I call and canceled the package !! Some guy called me after 27 hours and said because I used the wrong name the first they did not need to call me back !!
