Chips and damage to brand new RV not disclosed by salesman after requesting inspection. Sales Manager used the F word in describing how badly salesman messed up. Manager was arrogant and argumentative. Hidden extra costs and fees after agreeing to have none. No follow through on spare wheel/tire/carrier. No follow through on missing items in the RV. Manufacturer rebate not applied for by JRV even after they said they did (twice). They messed up the registration and title as our RV would have been titled in another buyer's name. No battery test report received as promised. Incorrect information from finance manager on theft prevention program. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Their "Mission and Values" statements are a joke. Update: In addition to the above: All tires were overinflated and one inside dually tire was completely flat. After one month, the EcoFlow power station needed to be replaced. Now, (have not even used the van yet) half our interior lighting does not work. I also discovered after contacting Mercedes and Winnebago that my dealer (Johnson RV Sandy) was supposed to complete a form "Delayed Warranty Form" as per Winnebago Service Bulletin 7SB009-23-02A. I was told to contact them to complete this form so that my proper warranty start date (date of purchase) would update with Mercedes. I reluctantly called Johnson RV and requested that this form be filed (it takes all of 5 minutes on-line). After another call, messages and no return calls, I gave up! Luckily for me, Winnebago and my Mercedes shop got everything fixed. Johnson RV is a failure.

Last March 28, 2024, we brought our Tiffin Wayfarer in for warranty and maintenance work. No work once done and April 6, 2024, after leaving the keys on the driver's seat (standard practice there for any RVs left for service), someone drove it off the lot, through a gate. Through "Mercedes me" app, we located it April 10th and the sheriff had it towed to a lot and then back to LazyDays for repair. The thieves had torn off the front bumper, broken the right front jack, damaged the drawer slides, tore off the ventilation pipe, thus creating a hole in the roof, & damaged the water pump. By July 20th, we insisted & got it back to attend a rally, but only a new key fob obtained and the front body repair work was done in that 4 months (no maintenance nor warranty work nor repair of damages). We returned it to LazyDays 9/5/2024 only because the Tiffin Company and our insurance agents advised us to. They still needed to do the warranty work, repairs and maintenance. Feb 3, 2025 we hired an attorney to try to get the work done and our RV returned. After many letter from her to corporate, we finally picked up our RV May 15, 2025 repaired. So basically their service department had our RV for a total of 13 months. So unless you don't care if your RV is stolen and damaged through their negligence and then kept for more than a year getting shoddy work, we would advise against buying from them and using them for service.

We dropped our 5th wheel off on June 19 for repairs and dealt with constant delays, poor communication, and little to no updates unless we called ourselves. Because of the delays, we missed our planned Fourth of July trip. When we picked up our trailer, the lady working couldn't explain our charges, and we were promised a call from the service manager, Curtis to review the invoice. It's now been nearly three weeks since pickup, and after about five calls, emails, and multiple attempts to reach him, we've still never received a callback. Repairs can take time and we understand that. What isn't acceptable is the complete lack of communication and follow-through. We trusted Camping World with our trailer and expected much better customer service. We're younger RV owners, and throughout this experience we were left feeling like our concerns weren't taken seriously. I hope this review encourages management to reach out and also helps other RV owners know what they can expect before choosing Camping World Wilsonville for service.
