My clinician came in and you can tell she just got Botox done while she's working, and then proceeds to tell me all the reasons I can't get my treatments done and I've never had a problem. On top of that, I have to drive two hours to go to that location so I ended up driving two hours getting a hotel to spend the night, and they had no care or concern no empathy or compassion!
