I have been a regular patient with Dr Preet Clair. She and her staffs are knowledgeable, approaching and nice. At all times, they make sure you are at ease at all times when they do any procedure on you. Even when I confirm the appointment with Dr Preet Clair and the frontdesk mess up the appointment, they are accommodating to slot you as long as you have that "YELLOW" appointment card/ticket/sticker of reminder or appointment. Dr Preet also recommend me to another of her good friend who is an Endodontics in Cherry Creek, Dr Sachs Ellen DDS. Above anything else, I dont mind returning here for my Dentist appointment in the future in case I might move to the West area. read more

I had been going to Dr. Clair's practice for over 20 years with no issue but unfortunately I am moving on. No issues with the dentist's themselves, my issue comes from mainly the front desk. I had an appointment scheduled for 10/4 but unfortunately the night of 10/3 I came down with some type of illness. Of course being a responsible person I decided not to go to my appointment which was scheduled at 7AM....right when they open. I received a very rude call from one of the front desk people saying they were going to charge me 100$ for missing the appointment even though I was sick. I do not make a habit of missing appointments and once again.... I have been seeing Dr. Clair and her Orthodontist since I was a kid. I wish there was a different outcome to this but ill have to find a new dentist. read more

An enjoyable experience, top to bottom. I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years and had been dreading it because a) trips to the dentist are never fun, and b) I have no insurance. QSFD ended up being the perfect solution for both. I ended up needing deep cleaning and one cavity filled (the former requiring several trips) and Dr. Clair and her entire staff were so nice & welcoming every time I went. I wasn't sure about pricing, and I've NEVER had a good experience with trying to get an accurate estimate on any medical billing, so I called before going in. I was given exact costs for everything, and was recommended to get Ameriplan (a discount plan which ended up saving me a fair amount of money). Many dentists will hide costs & try to bill you for things without you even knowing what it's for, but this is not the case at all with Quebec Square Family Dentistry. In fact, Dr. Clair actually discounted some of the items on my bill as a "guest courtesy." When I asked her why, she said it's because she wants to make sure I come in regularly to take care of my teeth and not wait another 10 years. This type of customer satisfaction is something I've never experienced from any health care business before, and I highly recommend Dr. Preet Clair & QSFD to others. read more

When I was a young one the dentist hit my tongue with the drill. He was getting along in years so my Dad promptly convinced his adult only dentist to take me as a patient. That was the last time I had a regular dentist that I could trust. Without my Dad's great judgment I have probably gone through over 15 dentists in 3 states and was considering giving up altogether. After all, I had my trusty home cleaning kit- complete with pointy curved thingy, and tiny mirror on a handle- so I figured I was set! Then those yummy pear flavored Jelly Belly's yanked a filling out, and my search began again. After MUCH research I settled on Dr Preet Clair. At first I was wary because she doesn't use nitrous. But with her sweet, calm tone she assured me her methods were so gentle I wouldn't miss it. 'Yeah right'- I thought, but proceeded anyway. Two crowns and a complete cleaning later I am a loyal patient. She is thorough, gentle and attentive. Yes, she actually listens, and that is a comforting change of pace for me. She uses some kind of tool I am not familiar with to administer the Novocain, and its actually painless. I told her my experiences with less than competent hygienists, and she confidently insisted I would have no such issues with her hygienist, as she was extremely good. After a great cleaning my trust in the hygienist is so high I purchased the ACT, and the Sonic spin brush as she suggested, and I am brushing my teeth after EVERY meal for the first time in my life in an effort to maintain her great work. On top of it all, I really can't believe it but Dr Clair was right...I don't miss the nitrous. I definitely recommend Dr Preet Clair. read more

This is my new dentist! Dr. Preet Clair and her staff are wonderful - very pleasant and friendly. The office is spanking clean, modern, and comfortable. I had the pleasure of cracking a big chip out of one of my molars, leaving me horrified. They squeezed me in the same day to assess the situation and gave me a prompt appointment to take an impression for my new crown (joy!). Fantastic! I am terrified of going to the dentist. I hate it. I fear it. O.K. I should say I used to be terrified. I used to hate it. I used to fear it. No more. I loved this office. The staff are friendly, gentle and very thorough on cleanings. They really take a good look at your teeth and not just clean them. They also did whitening trays for me and it was a breeze! I usually gag when dentists make impressions of my teeth, but this time it was so easy! I've switched my kids over to Dr. Clair and they both liked going too! read more

For some unfortunate reason, this has been the year for random dental problems. I have seen almost every type of dental specialist and encountered numerous dentist's styles. The simplest thing I can say - Dr. Claire ranks tops among the Denver dental scene. She is incredibly nice, extremely skilled, and her staff are all professional and exceptionally friendly. For simple cleaning or crowns (and maybe more), choosing Quebec Family Dentistry should be a no-brainer. They are an excellent dental outfit and while I don't look forward to going to the dentist, I know that I will have a pleasant experience every time I do. Dr. Clair runs her practice with clinical expertise and a big heart. If you're lucky enough to be a patient, you're in a good spot!

As her website statement implies ("dedicated to excellence in general dentistry such as cleanings, restorations, and maintenance") Dr. Clair is really about cleaning, whitening, basic diagnostic checks. I think she's attractive, cheerful, has great receptionists and puts people at ease but she doesn't perform well at skilled dental work - even simple baby tooth extractions. She is responsible for my child changing from a happy fearless dental patient to one with an extreme terror of dentists. My kid had previously had 2 teeth extracted painlessly, effortlessly by another dentist but Dr. Clair couldn't numb the area properly (doesn't inject with a needle, and she isn't certified to use nitrous oxide). Instead of stopping the procedure as I requested when my kid was screaming and crying in pain she had someone hold the arms and legs down as she fumbled around, taking forever to extract a BABY tooth! It was horrific. The next time a tooth had to come out my child BEGGED not to go back to Dr. Clair and, even though we went to a different dentist, the procedure brought back the memory. Now, my high-pain-tolerance child who chatted, smiled and said "it doesn't even hurt!" during extractions a year ago will require valium and nitrous oxide because of the emotional and physical trauma inflicted by Dr. Clair's lack of skill and consideration. read more

I put off the dentist for a few years because I moved here from out of state and had no clue where to go, and well, because going to the dentist just isn't typically a pleasant experience. They're always on time, even early if you're there and everyone is super friendly. My first visit here was for a broken tooth which needed a root canal (not fun) but they made it tolerable. Very knowledgeable staff and Dr. Clair is super sweet and personable. Book your cleaning in advance, takes a couple months or more to get in but is well worth it! read more

If you need work, or are just trying to keep your teeth clean, Dr Clair is the best dentist I have ever worked with. Fast, Painless, and very detailed. My previous dentists were terrible. The last visit before meeting Dr. Clair took almost three hours. He numbed my mouth, left for 20 minutes to let it take, and the drilling still hurt. He stopped, added more numbing meds, and left again. This happened 4 times before I gave in and stopped telling him it still hurt. So when I met Dr. Clair almost 8 years ago, I told her that no-one had ever been able to stop the pain without numbing my entire mouth. She took that challenge, and I was amazed. I have had several fillings and 2 crowns since then, and each time she has only had to inject me once. There is no pain, and whatever she uses is extremely fast, for today's filling, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I moved to Boulder last year, and am still making the 50 mile round trip for my cleanings and dental work. read more

I have been to see Dr. Clair once for a routine check-up and cleaning and had a great experience. The office is bright and clean and the staff are very pleasant and relaxed. The office was just busy enough to inspire confidence, even on a snowy day. Most important, I felt like the work was quality and they didn't try to "upsell" extra dental work. I have had problems with this in the past and am very sensitive to dentists who are too eager to drill. They were happy to work with my insurance company for prior approval before ordering any non-routine services. Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend Dr. Clair and her staff. read more

While undergoing training in the ares, I had a guest from Mexico without medical coverage in the US experiencing severe pain from a molar abses. Worth the wait to get in. I found them on the 5280 magazine for top dentist when I moved to Denver. I had to wait a year to get in but worth it. Our family has been going to Dr. Clair for years and have had nothing but excellent experiences with her. My husband and I went to her before we had kids and when our daughter was born I asked my pediatrician who I should take her to, I mentioned that we saw her and he said "how on earth did you get in with her, she's the best" so he said rather than do a pediatric dentist to stick with her for our daughter. Our daughter is the type that really takes time to warm up to people and on our daughter's first visit to the dentist she would not even open her mouth for Dr. Clair. Dr Clair was so kind and sweet about it, she spent probably 30mins of her time talking with our daughter and showing her models of teeth and in the end when left that day she did not charge us a dime, she told us to reschedule for a few months later and we did---our daughter was so excited to go back for that appointment and see "the nice lady in the white coat" that we've had no issues taking kids to the dentist. Dr. Clair and her staff are so nice. They do an amazingly quick job and make everything as pleasant as possible for a dentist. They are also just really good people. They donated services as part of a raffle for our fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society. Dr. Preet Clair has been our family dentist since we moved to Stapleton. I highly recommend her services. She and her staff are both personable and highly skilled. Our kids unfortunately have had cavities and Dr. Clair has made the fillings experience pleasant for them. I also needed to see an Orthodontist and Endodontist and both her referrals were great. I've been going to Dr. Clair since I moved to Denver 11 years ago, and she's as good as it gets! I found her when I moved to Stapleton, and this many years later even though I moved away from the area, I'm still willing to drive to go to her. She's always so nice, gentle and stays on top of the latest technology. It's no wonder why her office keeps growing, but still feels like it's a small office with personal attention. I too had an inital good experience at this office. The dentist was personable, and the hygienist was very kind and gentle. I was told that I had some "minor" fillings that needed to be done. I returned to have the work done. This is when my view and overall impression of the office changed. I overhead Dr. Clair talking very rudely to a staff member, and entered the room agitated . I felt uncomfortable that day but let her continue. I returned 6 months later for another cleaning and the girl that cleaned my teeth before had left, along with other employees. I complained my filling was still very sensitive when I chewed, and was told it was just fine. I have since moved to another part of town and just went yesterday to a dentist that came highly recommended. I learned that the work done 1 year ago needs to be redone, not only that one tooth now will most likely require a root canal because there was decay left under the filling , and was not sealed. I would never recommend this office to anyone! read more
