    Irish nachos

My experience here was very good. I went on a scavenger hunt bar crawl and this was one of the bars. It was around 5pm when me and my friends arrived. It was packed inside, but there were still tables available. The crowd was lively with conversation and reactions to the various games that were on. The waitress was really nice and though she was busy, she kept up with tending to us. Initially I wasn't going to order anything, but I saw Irish Nachos on the menu that helped me change my mind. These were made with tater tots and were so good. I split these with my friend and my other friend ordered the fish and chips. The drink I ordered was a skinny margarita which only cost $4.86 and was the business! The bartender was really cool. She let me know they make everything and have everything lol.

Love Clancys - come here honestly too often however every time it's great for what it is. They have amazing food for a spots/dive bar! I love the French fries! Cheap drinks, friendly and pretty bartenders. Jolene is the best! Great spot, highly recommend.

Just moved to the neighborhood and decided to stop by, so glad I did! The sliders were really good, and the fries were on point. Jaclyn was amazing, great service all around. What really topped it off for me was the combo of delicious food and welcoming service. Definitely planning to come by again- now how about adding some fish and chips to the menu cause is it really a Irish pub? If we don't offer that on the menu?

Took a trip to Clancy's pub tonight after reading reviews on their fish and chips. The fish and chips were great and it was a a typical sports bar atmosphere. Our waitress was not very talkative. She didn't seem like she really enjoyed her job.

Ask the Community - Clancy's Pub

When are game nights? Or when is it less crowded at the bar? Thanks?

Seems like there is always a good amount of people there, but I've always found a spot.

Do they let you in at 19 if you're only there for karaoke not to drink?

    All ages are welcome.

    Do they serve wine?

    Yeap

Unfortunately, I have not heard back. Below is a copy of that email: Good morning, We came in on Saturday, April 4th, 2026 and ordered the Two 4 One Bubbles special. This is something we have ordered frequently in your establishment, most recently on March 8th, 2026. Every time we have purchased this, the Wycliff bottles have been $25. This means that we should receive 2 bottles for $25.01 based on the special listed on your menu. When we received the check, we were charged $50.01 for the 2 bottles. We pointed out the mistake to the bar tender who said the price was correct. We informed her that we have come here approximately once/month for the last year and the cost has never been $50 for a bottle of Wycliff. She asked another employee to come over and we explained the same issue to her. She (we did not get her name) said she has been a Manager there for several years and that has always been the price. I told her we have ordered this special over the last year and we would never pay $50 for a bottle of Wycliff. She refused to adjust our check. I asked her to show me on a menu where a bottle of Wycliff costs $50. Of course, she was not able to do that because it doesn't exist. We generally are very generous with our tip, as we consider this a good deal and the staff is usually great. - I have attached a copy of the receipt. We would like to continue to frequent Mother Tuckers, as we have always had a good time and like to bring friends visiting from out of town. I am hopeful this was an oversight by your employees and a refund will be put back on my credit card for the overcharge.

While it's not in the heart of Old Town, it's within walking distance. We stopped by on a Thursday around 9:30 p.m. While we were on foot, I noticed that they have a parking lot. Ambiance (4/5): Relatively small for a brewery, but your typical chill, brewery vibes. They have some seats at the bar, some high tops, and a small patio. We sat out on the patio since the weather was nice. The seats out there are a bit uncomfortable, but we couldn't pass up on patio weather. They have free water in the corner which is always a plus so you don't have to wait in line. Service (5/5): The bartender working was super nice. It's always appreciated when servers go above and beyond in providing a great experience. He was friendly, efficient, and attentive. I couldn't have asked for more in my service experience at Goldwater. He exceeded my expectations. Food (N/A): I already ate previously so no food for me. There was a Mexican food truck in the parking lot. Drinks (4/5): I love trying local brews. At breweries, I typically get a flight so I can try out a variety of beers. This time though, I went with a pint. I couldn't say no to the Sour Rangers. I grew up watching the Power Rangers, so that was all the motivation I needed. An added bonus was that this beer is a sour. Not something you have every day, nor a style of beer that you come across very often. So I had to take advantage of the opportunity. And it was a good one. Goldwater is my type of place. I'd definitely return the next time I'm in the area!

My husband and friend enjoyed their beer flights and since I don't drink beer, I was happy to see a cooler with wine and other options such as white claw, etc. the beer was poured directly from the fermenter tank. The staff were very friendly and explained they had to open the wine bottle and make the first pour which was fine with me. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

I Ubered but like most of Old Town Scottsdale, there's plenty of free street parking. You may need to circle around during peak hours, but you'll find a spot. Ambiance (3/5): Pour Decisions is an open air bar, and a pretty expansive one at that. Beyond the open-air area, there's also a spacious patio and a rooftop. I love a good rooftop. With it being Phoenix, when the weather cooperates of course. The aesthetic of the bar was too "Instagram culture" for me with neon witty quotes and such, but some people are into that. Service (2.5/5): It took us about 10 minutes for the bartender to greet us while we were sitting at the bar. It got to the point where we were wondering if anyone was working. Luckily, after a slow start, service was pretty decent after that. Food (N/A): I was on a liquid diet on this visit. Drinks (3/5): The menu matches the vibe. The cocktail list has some pretty fun options, but of the overly sweet variety that lacks sophistication. I couldn't help but order a cocktail that was served in a cowboy boot-shaped glass with a popsicle in it. Fun for the novelty of it but it was a mediocre drink. While I am being a little critical, Pour Decisions has its purpose. If you're looking for a spot to hang out in a big group, Pour Decisions is solid given how large of a space it is.

The hostess was very friendly and led us back to the community table near the bar. Our server/bartender was busy at the bar and taking orders. No smile, a no- nonsense personality which is fine, just not friendly at all. My husband and friend decided to do beer flights. They enjoyed except for one of the beers they said had no flavor. I opted for a Tito's dirty martini which is my favorite drink. They enjoyed the beer flights but unfortunately when my martini was delivered, I swore the glass hadn't been properly washed as it had a sweet, coffee taste. I let our server know and she immediately took it and said she would make another which was great. I did see her grab a new glass. Unfortunately the new martini tasted exactly the same. Almost like a terrible espresso martini with olive juice. It was not drinkable. Either she didn't know how to make a dirty martini or the olive juice or vermouth went bad. I couldn't stomach the drink and felt nauseous so left it. We ordered a Chef's Board. Cheese selections, plus pepperoni, salami, prosciutto, mixed nuts & fruits, olives and fig jam. They missed the nuts, fruit and olives. The meat and cheese were good but it was a basic board. We should have ordered the pizza instead as everyone around us had a pizza and it smelled delicious.
