One of our old fluorescent recessed lights stopped working and I tried to change it to a newer LED recessed light. I wasn't able to get it to work and I called Nitesh. He gave me some tips to bypass the transformer but I still wasn't able to get it to work. He offered to come check it out and gave me a date and time a few days later. He made the drive up to San Jose all the way from Monterey and came early too. While fixing it, he patiently walked me through his steps so I could do it myself next time incase another old one goes out (I still have a couple old lights left and they don't make them anymore). I reached out to several electricians for an issue with my bathroom lighting. Only 1 of 4 electricians even bothered to respond - RGE. They discussed the issue I was having with me and suggested I take a few steps to see if I could fix the issue myself and if those steps didn't work, then they'd come out and work on. Their advice over the phone was really helpful and ultimately fixed the issue I was having. They even followed up with a phone call a week later to see how things went. This level of customer care is practically unheard of in the construction industry these days. Though I didn't use RGE this go around, they'll definitely be on my speed dial when we're ready to upgrade our service panel in the next year.
