    Awesome help over the phone. Next day delivery as promised to our visitor's hotel. The orchid lei for our son's graduation was lovely.

    DISHONESTLY Business( I mean it) BETTER ALL DO NOT DO THE BUSINESS WITH THIS FLOWER SHOP ( read review the way the lady in the shop answer to the customer with no respected ) If you do... They are dishonest to what they said on the phone . Do not talk or pay them first over the phone. Wait until you she what you want( how you want before you pay them)That all I said ...you should know what I mean to this people An unlucky omen will come to your business because you cheating on a dead person (you own her ..)why lie?just a little thing you destroy the future of your business!

    Birthday flowers ordered online for local delivery. Items were not delivered and the excuse for their mistakes, "we're busy around VDay"

    My partner and I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday on 2/12, and as a native from the area, I told my partner to order from Clarence Walker. Of course, why not support local businesses, right? We placed an online order for the timeless tulips (item #800-91317) a few mins after 8am just to make sure they would get delivered to her on the same day. We also placed special instructions on our order to ensure the order would be delivered properly. After placing the order online, my partner called the store to make sure they received the online order. My partner confirmed the arrangement ordered (orange, yellow, and purple tulips) and if the special delivery instructions were noted. I called my mother to let her know that she'd receive something special and to be on the look out. By 3pm, my mother called and confirmed that she did not receive anything. I called the shop (that is only 4 blocks away from her house) and was told that the driver did not feel comfortable following the special delivery instructions, which were simple: Leave the flowers on the porch and to call (#) upon delivery. People usually utilize the special delivery instructions section for a reason. We thought it necessary to utilize it due to my mom's schedule. She works graveyard and would be sleep during the day. So, leaving her special delivery on the porch would be a great gift for her to wake up to. Thinking to myself, "Hmmm...so the driver doesn't feel comfortable following instructions and no one called me? Ok!" I asked the store when should I expect her flowers to be re-delivered. They informed me that they would be re-delivered within the hour since she lives 4 blocks away. By 5pm, my mom had not received the flowers. We called the store again only to have someone else pull the order from the back and tell us that the driver left a note stating that he couldn't find the house number reflected on the order. Thinking again, "Now, we have a different story from the first one and still no one thought to call!?" Then we were told that a delivery driver had not been sighted for a few hours and he wasn't sure when they will get delivered. By this time I am more than upset, but very calm. I informed the gentleman that since they couldn't follow our instructions or communicate effectively, my mother would come pick up her flowers and I expected a credit to my account for the delivery charge. In the end, her tulips were some half-ass thrown together orange and yellow tulips. Not only that, but I had to call the shop today because I received a credit for a portion of the delivery charge. But hey, they did mail me a copy of my order so I guess I can give them credit for that. When I called today regarding the credit for the delivery charge, I was given this excuse: "We're busy on Valentines Day." Thanks for letting my know that you are busy and that you do not give every customer the same attention...I appreciate it. I've been going to Walker for all my little years of buying flowers, but after what I experienced and the attitude my mother received from a tired worker who was pissed he would be working till midnight to deal with the VDay rush...I will never go to them again!

    Called on Saturday, they delivered on Sunday. Great customer service and the flowers were gorgeous. I'm very impressed.

    I ordered a large balloon bouquet for a friend's milestone birthday. The online ordering process was easy, the florist followed up to confirm the order, and the order was delivered on time and without any problems - and I received a confirmation email when it was delivered. My friend was suitably embarassed by the massive balloon bouquet and I'm a happy customer.

    My experience with Tommy Luke was completely unsatisfactory. I called on a Saturday, asked for a…read more"really great" $150 arrangement, and showed the representative photos on their website of the style I wanted. He assured me it would be no problem. The flowers that were delivered were extremely disappointing. They looked nothing like the pictures and were, at best, maybe a $75 arrangement. The florist never told me they had low inventory that day and couldn't make what I requested, even though he had promised he could. A few days later, they texted me for a review. I called the store to try and resolve the issue directly. A woman asked me to text a picture of the arrangement and said her manager would call me back the next day. No one called. When I followed up with a text, she was super rude, telling me not to contact her personal phone, which she was the one who gave me. I had to call the store again. I spoke to the original person who took my order, and he admitted they had been discussing it. He offered only a 20% discount and finally admitted they couldn't fulfill the order the way I wanted because of the low weekend inventory. I was extremely disappointed that I had to chase them down and that they had been discussing my complaint without bothering to call me. There was a complete failure in communication. The product was poor, the service was terrible, and I absolutely would not recommend this place.

Wow, wow, wow. Next time I'll bring my vase :)
