We were able to easily walk everywhere all over this magical town. We did stay in the sexy modern avant garde-ish industrial loft (of which there is one), but even the common areas were beautiful. Keeping in mind this is a very small boutique hotel, there were plenty of semi-secluded shaded areas outside to enjoy the quaint grounds; lovely nooks inside the lobby as well. All of the staff was welcoming, helpful, friendly, and downright delightful. The complimentary daily HH was cute (more on the pre-made side though) and the included breakfast was deliciously robust. Parking was included as well which we did use. At the price-point, I personally would add the following touches: more than 2 individual boxes of water for an entire stay for two, fresh flowers/greenery in the room (there are so many all around the grounds), basic dishes - even wine glasses would be nice, and perhaps a few hooks close to the gorgeous clawfoot tub to hang the robes and clothes? Communications prior to arrival took a realllllllllllllllly long time and were a bit frustrating in order to plan/get info. But, overall we ended up pretty damn impressed!

The room was nice and cozy, with a tv, private bathroom, mini-fridge and microwave. A really nice and healthful breakfast was provided every morning, and the living room and secluded outdoor patio/garden space were very welcoming places to enjoy a beverage, read, and relax. The location is amazing as well - just steps to the east end of Commercial Street with all of the shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, drag shows, and other things the city has to offer, yet still removed enough to be quiet and peaceful, this place had everything we were looking for. Wonderful B&B - Can't Wait to Go Back!…read more There are SO many reasons why this charming inn has risen to the very top of my favorite Provincetown Inn's. I truly think that the top distinguishing factor is that the Swiss owners, Dan and Daniel - are extremely hands on and have supervised every last detail to make this Inn sheer perfection. First of all - by square footage - their rooms are highly comparable to most inn's in the area - and even a bit bigger than many for the price. Size doesn't tell the whole story - of course. Their rooms are immaculately clean - so lovely and smartly designed - with ample storage space throughout. The color scheme is warm and modern. Their linens are lux Turkish cotton. Each room has smart controls for temperature - and come with a ceiling fan for extra versatility. The fixtures and hardware in the rooms - and throughout the Inn - feel substantial and elegant. The artwork and little touches throughout the Inn are charming, elegant and invocative of the Cape. Breakfasts are served in their terrific dining room. Guests can take their breakfast back to their room or eat in the dining room or outside on the lush patio with other guests. Their outdoor patio is a lovely setting, with substantial, inviting seating, delightful bistro lighting. Beach towels are provided, and sun screens are gratis and readily available for selection / guest use. So many thoughtful touches. Ample European style breakfasts consisted of three types of cereals, two homemade breads, three homemade fruit spreads, fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, bananas, apples, etc.), nuts, prunes, yogurts, fresh milk and cream, juices, eggs, fresh cooked pastries, cheeses and meats, wonderful teas and amazing Jura coffee (one of the best machines in the world ... from Switzerland). I felt so energized after each breakfast - and Provincetown takes energy ... walking, exploring, shopping. This Inn was so conveniently located as well - steps away from Commercial Street ... and steps away from Bradford. If I needed any items ... I could easily walk to Far Lands or the little convenience shop off of Commercial. On-site parking was so easy - and Dan and Daniel were always around to coordinate arrivals and departures. And unlike some Inn's - the hosts didn't disappear during the day time. They were on-site, hands-on, and exceptionally warm and welcoming. I unequivocally recommend this Inn and give it my highest rating. I also can't wait to book my return trip.

Daniel and Dan (plus Don) are terrific hosts and have a great knowledge of the town. Their recommendations of where to go are an added benefit. We stay in the Penthouse and the room is immaculate with stunning views from our balcony. Breakfast in the garden is an added treat. Daniel always greets us at the Pier by saying, "Welcome Home", and we have always felt at home here. Can't wait to return !

No food, just drinks. Many locals come here in the afternoon to admire the beautiful landscape and water views. There's a fire pit on the grounds as well. Short of being on Commercial St, you really can't do better. It's MAX a 5 min walk to a pretty centrally located part of Commercial Street. There is a really cool rooftop area that is ideal for a glass of wine or a relaxing moment. Check in was seamless. Our room was actually ready an hour earlier than expected. The room is decorated beautifully and the linens were some of the most comfortable linens I've ever slept on. GF and I. were joking that we need to ask them what they are because they are so orgasmic to lay in. The AC worked very well and the room as very cold. We had our own bathroom, which was the biggest upgrade from the last place we stayed in Ptown but the overall size of the room was a bit small. For normal people,, it probably would be fine but because we came as part of a 3 week work trip, we had a ton of luggage and it was a real challlenge to fit it in the room and be able to walk around. Overall, I would recommend this place.

We loved our stay and look forward to staying here again on our next trip out. The room is plenty, about what you'd expect at a hotel. Windows that open, a heating and cooling unit, refrigerator, en suite bathroom, and a large comfortable bed. My absolute favorite part is the location. Just far enough from the main paths to be very, very quiet at night and still barely a 5 minute walk away from the center. (Also; the breakfast sandwiches at the cafe next door are fantastic.) It was everything we hoped for a more. We originally booked the Montgomery room and then was upgraded to Bella. At first I was a little disappointed it wasn't the room we were expecting but it turned out to be perfect. We enjoyed that it was on the first floor, which made it much easier with a pup. The space was bright and clean. The manager, Patricia was fantastic! She made us feel very welcomed and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfast was also very yummy. It was made to order and plentiful. During our stay breakfast consisted of pancakes, eggs, potatoes, sausage/bacon, English muffin, parfait, juice/water/tea/coffee. Overall a fantastic stay and especially great value during the off season! Will definitely be back!

It was good to have a full kitchen. We like to eat together at home. My partner is a great cook. The room had a gas fireplace. Tables and chairs are sofa a bed, nightstands and really nice open big shower. Such a great space for the price. P town has gotten very expensive through the year. Clean and adequately ventilated.
