My driver needed a tired replace on his trailer due to steel puncturing his tire. They were in constant communication with us the entire time. They took less than 15 minutes to change his tire and he was back on the road. It was worth the money for the efficiency to get us back rolling again. If there's any issue at all, they let you know and if you're not happy, they fix it. They're prices are great! Friendly staff. Hell, they'll even help you empty your trunk so you can put your spare tire away! They always go above and beyond when they really don't have to. I've never met a shop that went so above and beyond like this place does. Now I live about 30 minutes away and I still come here. Even when I lived an hour and a half away, this was still my go to place. The drive doesn't matter because the service they provide is absolutely worth it! They always have what I need. Clariaxel got my tire patched and put my wheel back on my car in under 20 minutes from the time I was walking in the door. Then when I noticed Pep boys had removed my wheel weights and it produced a vibration at highway speeds- Clariaxel got my tire balance and completely fixed in minutes- AND they were so unbelievably kind to not charge me for their 2 wheel weights and their time. I recently came in for 2 front tire change but they told me one of my tires was still good for a while. I got a tire that was used but was almost like new for 35 dollars. They were very fast and got me in and out. The only downfall about this place is the waiting area. They have four chairs sitting outside for their customers, which on a sunny mid temp day it's not a problem but on a cold day I don't think I'd fancy that much.

Bought two tires from him and he determined the correct size. He knew it was a 4 wheel drive vehicle and that I was going to return for two more matching tires for the front within the coming months. When I returned just about 6 weeks later to buy the matching two tires (note that all 4 tires must be of identical size in order to use the vehicle in 4 wheel drive), when he put the matching 2 on the front, the tires could not turn without seriously hitting the wheel opening on the vehicle. It turned out that what he had sold me originally was way oversized for my Chevy Silverado. When I complained to the manager that what he sold me before was obviously the wrong size and showed him my receipt, he still claimed ridiculously that the tires were the right size. His own employees had said to me just a few minutes before that I had obviously been sold the wrong size tires. He (Bill the manager) then ordered me off this property and said I was then trespassing. Can you even imagine?!? I intend to file a lawsuit against this outfit. There are many honest tire shops in the area and I suggest any one of them instead. Do not buy from this place...worst experience ever!!!
