Had 9:30 online appt,Manger left to get food and no one could operate computer. Waited half hour past appt time and left without tires. I didn't leave because they were busy,I was only one there. I left because of poor management and business practices. Sure hope breakfast was good because you missed an $1150.00 sale. read more

Initially, after having a wheel alignment and paying my bill, when I went home I noticed a charge that according to the description by the company was not applicable for the service I received. I left a negative review for Monro and one of their c.s.r phoned me. It took two messages, a hung up call, and then another call back to get any type of help. The c s r after extensive conversation, finally gave me credit for the misappropriate charge. The charge was $12.99 however, when you add all the other people paying this charge for service not appropriate it comes to a great deal of money. The CSR further stated that from now on it will be charged. Problem is that at the time, the store never advised on the billing there was said charge, then the charge was for equipment used, as she explained RAGS, their TOOLS, etc. This is a ridiculous fee. Companies already figure in these charges when they charge for the service, in addition, I had all the work done with new parts, and power washed motor. All they did was put it on a machine and do a wheel alignment which did not require any additional rags, tools, etc. I am just letting other consumers know to read their bill and personally, I will never use their services again. I second the previous "WOMEN BEWARE" review. I had an awful experience here. I dropped it off for a brake issue and told him that it felt like I was skidding (like ABS was kicking on) at low speeds, just before stopping. I mentioned that I thought a sensor was bad. I didn't hear back all day so I called to check in at 4:30 (8+ hours after dropping it off) and he told me he didn't experience what I was describing. He said I needed new tires, which I refused, and tie rods on front passenger and driver sides, totaling $670. I knew that he didn't even drive the car because it did it every stop dropping it off and every stop on the way home. I went to invest in my own code scanner and turns out it was a sensor like I thought! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They're just looking for a quick dollar. read more

We were running errands in Seaford Delaware one Sunday and we had been having trouble with a rear truck tire staying inflated. The tires truly needed to be replaced but we were attempting to stretch out our funds a lil further. Every store I'd called the tires were priced outrageously even when they had promos like buy 3 get one free. So we pulled in to check pricing and availability of tires. We spoke to a guy that told us he usually worked in the Cambridge Md store but had a great deal on the company brand of Black Lion. He compared the tires to the larger name brands and told us about he warranty. Pricing was amazing and he tires where avail. So, we grabbed lunch and they put on the 4 new tires. I did experience a ridiculous customer that day. She was incredibly racist and a loud mouth. Glad she didn't stay. The poor guy behind the counter remained friendly. Better him than me! read more

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Marked my tires to confirm tires were rotated. Checked my tires after the service and the tires were in the same spot. Asked if the tires were rotated and was told yes. I then told them that I had marked the tires. They took the car back and rotated the tires but, now 1 tire had a slash on the sidewall. I had to have the tire replaced at another tire vender at my expense. Will never use Mr. Tire again. read more

WOMEN CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! Cody was very professional on the phone, made my appointment and dropped off My truck. He started working on it right away. He called me to let me know I needed new brakes, it was $400, I declined. Then the next day I called to see if it was ready. Eli explained to me that I needed new valve stems and sensors. I said I do not need sensors, I will take the new valve stems. He said I had to get the sensors Per DOT regulation. He told me he Could not let me drive my truck off the lot because of this. My bill was going up $200. I knew this was bullshit, my husband went up there and got the truck. Do not take your car here, they will charge you for items you do not need! read more

I had my tire repaired and asked for them to check them all for safety. I had noticed dry rot and cracking. They repaired my tire after a 2 hour wait and sent me away. I read later that they recommended tire replacement. I went in prepared to buy 4 tires because I wanted safe tires, but they never offered tires for sale. I went over to Walmart and bought my tires. read more

Stopped in to have wheels balanced after my Huyandai Dealership had recently rotated and afterwards the my vehicle drove very rough and so I came to have the tires balanced and Mr. Tire discovered that one of my tires had a broken belt. I'm so thankful to Mr. Tire was able to diagnose the problem as to why my vehicle was driving so rough. I am very impressed that Mr.Tire saw this and my Dealership completely missed it even after the rotation and alignment and road test. So I ordered tires and had them delivered to this store. Set up an appointment for 1:00PM. I got there at about 12:50, they took my info and told me they would get the tires put on. I sat there in the waiting room for 2 hours.....not a peep about what was going on or even someone telling me they were still working on installing the tires. When I walked out to the counter all the manager said was they were almost finished. They bring my truck around and by this time it is pouring down raining. So I hurry to my truck without a chance to walk around and inspect the job. Get in and there is tire and wheel grim all over the inside of the door and the tire pressure sensor warning is lit. Get to the gas station down the road and the tires are "bulging" Check the tire pressure and one is at 27, another at 36 and the third was at 47?????? Did not even check the last one. Got home and set them at the correct pressure of 65 for each which is the factory recommended. If you need tires installed and need them fairly quick and the correct pressure, don't go here. read more
