Got my tire patched here after Pep Boys failed to plug a small nail and it still took pep boy over 2 hours. Clariaxel got my tire patched and put my wheel back on my car in under 20 minutes from the time I was walking in the door. Then when I noticed Pep boys had removed my wheel weights and it produced a vibration at highway speeds- Clariaxel got my tire balance and completely fixed in minutes- AND they were so unbelievably kind to not charge me for their 2 wheel weights and their time. I've been coming here for a few years now. I came here once, got a great deal, the people were wonderful, the tire was great, and I never went anywhere else again! My views haven't changed since then. The staff is still wonderful! They'll work with you on the prices. They always check the tires to make sure they're good. If there's any issue at all, they let you know and if you're not happy, they fix it. They're prices are great! Friendly staff. Hell, they'll even help you empty your trunk so you can put your spare tire away! They always go above and beyond when they really don't have to. I've never met a shop that went so above and beyond like this place does. Now I live about 30 minutes away and I still come here. Even when I lived an hour and a half away, this was still my go to place. The drive doesn't matter because the service they provide is absolutely worth it! They always have what I need. You never have to wait long. They get you in and out! I would never recommend anyplace else! read more

I needed a tire patch after a botched attempt at plugging it. Despite the shop being very busy on a Saturday afternoon, they patched my tire, took off the spare, put the patched tire back on, and put my spare back in my car, all for $25. The tires were horrible. I understand they were used and at a great price . I paid 200 dollars for 4 tires but not even a month later I had to get all 4 tires replaced with new ones ( 500 dollars for new tires and 200 dollars for used tires ... 700 dollars later ) because they were in horrible condition. Mind you I work 10 minutes from my house and everything else like grocery stores and gas station are less than 10 minutes away from my house so I don't do a lot of driving in general. All in all don't waste your money here. read more

I got a flat tire over the weekend, so we drove by on Monday to get a quote for 2 new tires plus install. We talked to the owner and were happy with the quote. He told us to call back on Thursday to order the tires, so they can install them the following Saturday. I called on Thursday and spoke to his wife. I told her the tire size, the quote we received from her husband and said I wanted to order the tires and asked if they would still get there in time for a Saturday install. She told me they had the right size in stock and not to worry and to come by Saturday. Come Saturday, I called to see how busy they were and if it was a good time to come by. The wife said they don't have the right tire size and accused me of not having ordered the tires. Will certainly not do business here and not recommend them to anyone in the area. read more

Honestly, this was the best, no-nonsense experience I have ever had with a tire shop. They're tucked away but don't sleep on this tire place! Had a flat tire due to a slow leak in an old plug and two valve stems that needed replacing. We came on a Saturday afternoon, and he told us to bring it right in. He explained that the sidewall of the tire was bad and that we'd need to replace the whole tire. The back tires needed replacing anyway, so he replaced the back two tires and valve stems all in about 30 minutes. We were blown away at the price and ease of service. Everyone was super friendly and pleasant through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for all your tire needs! read more

Bad experience. I've never had such a poor experience with the owner of a company. Most owners try to make the problem right, but this guy blamed the 4 new tires i brought him to balance and mount. My vehicle shook and vibrated at 60 mph on 50, so i brought it back to him. The guy didn't even check to make sure the tires were balanced correctly. He actually said all Jeeps ride that way with this size tire. read more
