Crystal R.

It's an older hotel looks like it's slowly renovating. Staff is really friendly. Not bad for its price.

Behind the couch was trash and rags, you can't see the other rags under the couch.

If I could give zero stars or negative stars, I would, this place is a dump. We stayed here for two nights. The first night we came in around 9pm, we had a long trip and were very tired. I was taking a bath and my husband was grabbing some drinks and snacks for us, our 4 year old was coloring and drawing in the room. I had the door open and she would walk in showing me her drawings. She walks in saying she found a "crayon" which I thought she found a small broken crayon near the bed. Then she opens her hand and shows me the "crayon", when I looked at her hand, it was not a crayon, it was a big bright red pill. I jumped up and grabbed it from her hand, I asked where she got it and she said by the bed. Just then my husband walked in and ran to the restroom and asked what happened. I told him she had this huge red pill and found it by the bed, her hands were red and I told him to wash her hands. We asked if she put it in her mouth, she told us she licked it and I hurried an searched up the "ETH" on the pill. We found out it was a 500mg Excedrin headache pill, I monitored her for 20mins and she said she was fine. She showed me her tongue and the tip was red. We called the front desk and they asked if we needed an ambulance but I told her that she just licked a small fraction of the pill. The front desk told us to come tomorrow to talk to a manager. After the incident my husband checked the whole room for anything else she could get into. Come to find out the room was filthy! He found crumbs, candy, coins, trash all around the bedding area, he pulled the couch that was in our room out and found rags and trash. He also found rags stuffed into the couch cushions. I was really disgusted. I stayed up a few hours just watching my daughter. Then morning came and my husband went to the front desk, he was told they were busy and to come back in a hour. I went down an hour later and the assistant manager said there was nothing she could do, she told us the manager would be in tomorrow. We went down to talk to the manager and the manager never came to see us, just the assistant manager who was running back and forth telling us what the manager said. She told us since we stayed the second night they couldn't do anything. We weren't planning on this happening, so how are we suppose to find another hotel so quick? We were busy Sunday with family and didn't expect this to happen. She said since we didn't call the police or the ambulance there is nothing they can do. I asked why the room was so dirty in the first place and her excuse was "It was the housekeepers first day" I asked " If it is their first day why is there not a second person double checking the rooms? In case they need to work on cleaning certain areas they missed?" She just told me, they are short staffed and that would be time consuming. I told her this is a hotel and a room being that messy should be unacceptable, this shouldn't be how they run a hotel. She told me she isn't running a hotel and that it's not her job to "run a hotel". I asked her who is in charge of the hotel and she just said not her. We stayed here because a relative got us a good deal and we were traveling for Easter weekend. It was our first time staying at the Clarion Inn, and it will be our last. There are some better hotels in the area that are more decent, I'm just glad our daughter is fine. I read a similar incident happening in PHX where a toddler ate a pill found in a hotel and ended up in the hospital. So if you have kids or even pets, I would recommend a different hotel or just double check your rooms for anything that can possibly harm your baby or fur baby. I have some photos on the bottom, as you can see the carpet is dirty, the pill is about where my daughter said she found it. Around the same area around the bed my husband found other crumbs, candy and coins.

Marketing sign in lobby.

Great Location, Helpful front desk staff, Free parking, and Beautiful outdoor Spaces…read more We booked 2 nights so we could explore Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Lake Powell. It's an older property, but it's well maintained. The bathrooms are older, but functional. If your Marriott status gets you free breakfast, Awesome. It's a hot buffet. For regular guests, it's $24.95 plus tax for a standard mix of eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc.... The pool and outdoor area has lots of areas to hang out.

Somewhere between the romance of the American road trip and the slow descent into madness, my…read moregirlfriend and I pulled into the Courtyard Marriott in Page, by lake Powell, road-weary, chasing the noble cause of my little brother's college graduation in Grand Junction, Colorado . Now, technically, this place flies the Marriott flag but let's be clear, it's owned by Marpalm out of Florida. And that detail starts to make a lot of sense the longer you're here. At first glance, the hotel gives off heavy Better Call Saul energy. Not the flashy parts the waiting room parts. The whole place has this outdated Southwest facade, like it peaked sometime around 1968 and collectively decided, "Yeah... we're good here." The rooms? Think your grandma's house in the desert if she hasn't updated a single thing since Nixon was in office. At first, it seemed harmless. A few moths fluttering lazily in the lobby like they paid for the room. The night auditor casually mentioned a "slight moth problem," the way someone might mention a chance of light rain. Fine. No big deal. But then... the hallway. Friends, this was not a "slight moth problem." This was a full-scale aerial assault. A biblical plague. World War Moth. They came at me with reckless abandon dive-bombing in the corridors, ricocheting off elevator walls like drunken fighter pilots. You don't walk to your room here, you run tactical maneuvers. I half expected someone to hand me a helmet and a flashlight. We clung to hope. Maybe, just maybe, the room would be a sanctuary. A place of peace. A refuge. It was not. The moths had beaten us there. Established dominance. Probably unpacked. Now look, after 16 hours on the road, a man doesn't ask for much. A bed. A shower. Maybe the ability to sleep without wondering if a winged intruder is going to kamikaze straight into his mouth at 2 a.m. So I have to ask: are we really too cheap for a couple bug zappers? Maybe dim the lights so the moths stop losing their damn minds? Because right now, this isn't hospitality--it's survival. Two stars. One for the bed, one for the story I'll be telling for the rest of my life.

If you're not familiar with Hampton Inn, it's a Hilton property and there's a lot to like. It's not luxury but it's nice and comfortable. There's free parking, free breakfast, and our room was spacious. This particular hotel is in the center of the action, close to all of the main attractions in Page. Though Page is a small town so that's a factor too. It's also a pet-friendly hotel and one of the few in Page. Checkout is at 11 a.m. but they granted me a late checkout at noon. I'm not a morning person so the extra time helped. I didn't run into any issues on my visit. I would return. It was just what I needed for a Saturday in Page.

We've stayed at the Hampton Inn before and automatically this was our first choice. The place was easy to find, with plenty of parking. There is diamond member only parking, and regular parking as well as a lovely pull up area if you need to unload. Two different options available for bringing in your luggage is right inside the doors and they could also be used to be carrying out your items. Please note that there are signs near the entrance to say not to smoke with a certain distance. The staff were kind and helpful, immediately greeting us when we came in. We had the same woman on the desk the entire trip, and she was very simple and supportive. Right next to the check-in lobby, to the right of it is a snack shop in case you need any. Again no vegan options or health conscious items. Check-in was simple and it was interesting to navigate the online prices versus the prices in person. Not much of a difference, but still some and they alter per day and season. The process was quick and easy. We got a room on the fourth floor and it had a really great view. It felt easy to get to the top and our room. The room was clean and ready, they came daily to switch things out and offer service. A few amenities available for toiletries and coffee in the room along with tv and WiFi. The beds are comfy and firm. The pillows are feather so they deflate quickly. We couldn't get a single outlet on the night stand or near the tv stand to work. Breakfast is included in the stay offering eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, drinks and condiments. You get to make the waffles yourself! Only vegan options were bread and butter. No non dairy milks offered. So heads up on that. I did try a few things and just to be honest, I didn't like the eggs, sausage, potatoes or oatmeal because they were too soggy. The eggs, potatoes and sausage are kept in a heater (understandably so) but however it's cooked in combo with the consistent steaming, they become very moist and unpleasant in texture. The eggs were in some water at the base. I'm sure for some people this is fine but also for many it's makes the food inedible.. which defeats free breakfast. Including having more vegan / planted based / non dairy options. The oatmeal was very slimy. I did enjoy toast with butter and jam, waffles and after dabbing the sausage dry, that too. The coffee was good, again no non dairy options for milk. Juices are good too, they aren't fresh or real.. combo of ingredients. Plenty of condiments were available. It was a nice set up. The staff maintained the space entirely. The hot tub and pool were great. A heated pool and the hot tub was near a large door that opens so the cool air came in as we sat in the hot water. It's located super close to food, INCREDIBLE LANDSCAPES and gas.

This place has an outdoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a gym, a small shopping corner right next to the front desk. Also a laundry room access for a fee. My stay included a breakfast, which was very nice, 6am-9:30am. There was coffee and tea station in the lobby for added convenience. The check in process was simple and easy. The employee was very polite and friendly. After providing a credit card for accidental damages, I received my room card immediately. My room/suite was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchenette was fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a sink with garbage disposal. Also had all plates and dishes and utensils and cups, etc. Even had dishwasher soap and paper towels. On the tv, it was my name displayed upon my arrival. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The room was just cleaned and I think they shampooed the carpet because the cleaning chemical smell was strong, but the air wasn't on in the room so it was warm and the carpet was damp. They have a small pool with hot tub which is nice and they have a weight set with a bench. Parking is great and I love that we can use the app to check in and get a digital key.
