Any company who has to deceive to sell their product isn't worth the time & effort to deal with. Guess they think they can get around the no call lists by claiming they are doing research. Tom came out to talk water and boy, does Tom know water! As we started to talk about the house, where our water comes from and what we were primarily interested in Tom was doing tests of our water. He was very efficient in the testing and explaining the results. Our new home in Castle Pines was built with an instant hot water unit, which was all new for us. And from some other companies we talked to at the garden and home show told us that you definitely need to put a soft water unit in for the tankless (primarily for the warranty). As it turns out, Tom gave us a measurement of 3 for hardness which is very good and he told us we do NOT need to install a soft water unit. BONUS! We also talked about other minerals and pH in our water. And it was nice to hear we have really good water here. He did leave a flyer and a quote for a RO (reverse osmosis) drinking water system if we ever decide we would like to go that route other than just getting drinking water from the refrigerator. I would highly recommend anyone who is curious about their water quality to contact them and talk through what you might need or what you want.

We discussed our needs and family size, and it was refreshing when he recommended the lower cost solution for us instead of trying to upsell us something we didn't need. He'll be very honest about what will make you the happiest with your water. The system works great and made a noticeable difference with the hardness of our water. BEWARE OF OVERCHARGING!…read more My 4 year old AC needed a new blower motor. The tech, Austin, contacted Carrier and confirmed the part was still under warranty and they had a replacement in stock. At the end of the job I was charged $2,239!!!! I didn't receive any automated email receipt/warranty info after the tech left, so I called Needham a day or two later and the receptionist said she could only* email me a receipt for the total and wasn't able to give me an itemized invoice or explain why I was charged so much or any warranty information for my records (big red flag!) She said she needed to talk to a manager and would call me back and I haven't heard from them since. I also found the constant upselling attempts really annoying and time-consuming...the tech would go away for a several minutes with his tablet and would come back to present me with his pitch and various quotes to include special filters or their annual membership add-on, or a special discount to get me to bite...really disappointing customer experience, and sleazy price juggling sales tactics!
