He was able to squeeze in a quick visit before the weekend, and found that the water regulator for the entire house was making the pipes shake. My sprinkler valve was just fine. That regulator had given out after 30 years. With that replaced, all problems were solved. He even arranged for a quick stop in on SUNDAY MORNING to make sure we were set. Absolutely avoid if you want an honest assessment or technician willing to work. I confirmed in advance that we wanted our sewer line cleaned to comply with our inspection during our home sale. The technician came out and said he was going to scope it first, not the service we asked for, and then told my husband repeatedly it didn't need to be cleaned. I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. I've attached the communication that they could do the cleaning while in site. Really challenging when the technician said no cleaning necessary, no repairs necessary and then sends an estimate for recommended cleaning and repair.
