What I like best about this place is that it caters to a diverse crowd with an equal amount of trendy junior items, working women, young women, mature ladies... probably a reflection of their employees' ages and styles which was nicely as diverse. Super friendly, professional staff. This place had previously gone off my list of places to visit when I go on resale sprees because (as a late 30s working mom) I wasn't finding appropriate items. However, part of my order was not put in my bag after I paid for them. The store owner refused to call me back, and the owner of Homewreckers was able to retrieve the item for me. Upon picking them up, he verbally attacked me, stating I text him political messages - which never happened. He refused to let me show him my phone text messages. He continued to curse at me and would not give me my purchase without saying "please" to which I replied "please and thank you." He cursed at me, threatened me and stood outside the door glaring at me until I drove away. Other customers were in the store while he yelled at me. I never sent ANY political messages and to be accused of that is very offensive! This was so unexpected - I just arrived to pick up the item I purchased, only for him to make me beg him to get what I had already paid for, and what was not even his! Very unprofessional behavior! "You don't know who I am, you don't know who you are messing with!" He even threatened to call my boss! For what? To pick up items I purchased that he wouldn't return to me? All because he thought I sent a political message to him on a text message? He could not show me any such messages. No antique shop is worth all this! I will never be back!
