Instead of speaking to someone informed about the services and knowledgable about the local area, I received someone who was pleasant and friendly, but reciting a script with the desired outcome of signing me up for a year's worth of monthly services without ever assessing the actual problem. On top of that, the entire process of this call was extremely lengthy and to complete it and hang up, it required a lot of personal information, including a credit card so they could process payment after the tech did visit to assess! I called in specifically to address rodents in and around my home, something this company was founded upon, but what I was being sold were general pest control services on a recurring basis, and that was necessary to get someone out to my house to actually see what was happening firsthand. This type of sales tactic is doing a disservice to the consumer, the company, and the very technicians hired to service the clients and should be remedied ASAP. I personally felt I was taken advantage of and called right back to cancel the appointment.

And each time we had a small problem they came and took care of it right away. We started by fixing a small mouse problem and some related outdoor insects and they also provided indoor solutions after we took care of the press, pressing mouse problem. I find that having them on call via a subscription service suits my family... They show up for regular servicing for outdoor perimeter spray, and they can be summoned for any noticed problem. They have enough people on staff that it has never been a long weight and thus I find this to be a great value

A salesperson came to my door and sold me a contract for service. I was told that I would be allowed to cancel the contract when that was to occur. I was also told that after the first spray, to expect to see more bugs/spiders the first week but then after that, if I had a reoccurrence prior to the next scheduled spraying, they would re-spray without any additional charge. We are packing and painting and have purchased a new home out of state, so I canceled our contract. The next spray was scheduled for July. Well, the spiders have been out in force, but because I canceled the long term contract, they refuse to honor their word and respray without a charge. They stated they would not honor their word as I canceled the contract. I consider this to be poor customer service. Their first spray was only partially effective yet they will only return if I pay full price again. No thanks.
