Carrie was very helpful in looking for matching granite and even found us a sink that fit perfectly. I love being able to knock out home projects with one visit or call and Carrie made this possible. Customer service was absolutely fantastic and Tyler W. was accommodating and gave us clear explanations as to what was wrong. We received a text message with a picture of the employees so we knew who to expect and what they looked like. Arlinghaus has to send another worker out to discuss prices on a new furnace. Tyler was able to get our furnace working temporarily as we look into buying a new furnace. It cost $89 for him to come out and diagnose the problem. They will remove this from any extra work they may need to do. Unfortunately, in the end we could not afford even the lowest option they had for a furnace. They use a top furnace line brand and are more expensive then the national average. This was the only draw back for me that it was to expensive and I did not want to enter into a loan for a $7,000 furnace when the average homeowners pay is $3100. Regardless, they were transparent and did not pressure me into anything we didn't want to do. I highly recommend Arlinghaus for their professionalism and honesty with their customers.

So they basically weren't going to do the job and worse yet had I not called to check they wouldn't have even called to tell me that. This kind of poor customer service deserves to lose business. Please don't pay them anything as they deserve to go out of business for simple horrible customer service. Too many others in the HVAC business that deserve your business.
