I called the store and asked for the manager and Mark answered. When I told him my concern he could care less and kept saying that it was Forest Hill and not his store so not his problem. Suppose it was a housewife at home. She could never have helped the driver ( who was very polite). TERRIBLE!!! I had my fireplace installed on November 18. They left the bottom part of the fireplace…read moreexposed, when it needed to be covered with drywall (picture attached). They didn't let me know they needed to come back to finish, and I never heard back from them. I tried many times to call them but their phone answering system is horrible, and you can never get someone to return your call. I had to physically go to the store to talk to someone about finishing the job. I spoke with Chris, who gave me the round around that they were so backed up from the snow storm but will contact me to schedule the job. I never heard back from him. I had to eventually go back to the store in person cause again my phone messages were being ignored. Chris repeatedly ignored my concerns and refused to reschedule the completion of the project. I had to talk with someone else. Brandon and Blair were the ones to finally understand my concerns and get the job scheduled. It was completed May 19. Total time elapsed is 6 MONTHS! Chris should be fired for his repeated disregard and ignoring of a customer paying over $10,000 for a fireplace.

We're sure as shit gonna grow. And it's our mission to convince our friends to grow, as well. We're planning on presenting a group of friends a new housewarming plant - a clone from our mother, Lady Martok (a klingon name for a warrior plant that we originally thought we dead when our cat pulled her out of her pot when she was a tiny, baby). This will be our first time growing in dirt. Lady Martok (our mother) and B'elanna (the one we're gonna smoke) are growing in coco. Needless to say, we needed a little education and the dude running the shop was more than willing to give it to us. Some people are born teachers. They teach you without making you feel like an idiot. This guy is like that. And he teaches a grow class at the shop. He helped us choose the right nutrients while simultaneously helping another customer choose the right pots and talking about why he shouldn't put rocks inside the pots (the roots don't like that). We definitely found our new supplies store. Bonus, it's in the same shopping strip as Taco Love Grill (see my review of that elsewhere on my yelp page)!!

I called Jarvis Appliance for a refrigerator repair. The fridge was leaking water in front. The…read moretechnician visited, worked on the unit and stated that we would not see any more water on the floor. I paid $234 for this service. A few days later the water was back. I called and Jarvis scheduled a return visit 5 days later. The technician worked on the fridge again and felt confident that the issue had been resolved. Less than a week later, the fridge was leaking again in the same spot. I called to see what could be done and inquired about the warranty. I was told that there would be no refund because the technician came out and did the work. I stated so "even though the problem has not been fixed, you will not refund any portion paid." The Jarvis service representative confirmed this. So, be careful, there is no real warranty for service at Jarvis appliance.
