I contacted Reliable Plumbers again because our other bathroom sink came "unglued" from the vanity. It, unfortunately, had a crack, so we had to purchase a new sink that was either the same or similar. Unable to find the exact same one, we got a similar one and had Reliable Plumbers install it. The sink was installed and reinforced to ensure it wouldn't fall off the vanity again, but he kept saying it was "too big." I was surprised because he didn't mention anything prior to installation, and the sink itself was only centimeters bigger than the old one. I also noticed that it was installed slightly off center, which I can't do anything about anymore because it's already on. A few days later, the pipes started leaking, so I had him come out again. He was very nice about it and didn't charge me to remedy the issue. Unfortunately, several days later, it's still leaking. He comes back out and blames the size of the sink. Several more days later, it's STILL leaking, to which he thinks it is due to the p-trap. He replaced a pipe and thinks the issue is resolved. By the looks of it, everything is off kilter. The pipe he replaced is crooked and just jammed into the existing p-trap. Why didn't he just replace the p-trap so that it's done properly? Well, here I am again and it's STILL leaking! Despite his many attempts to fix the leak, I sadly have to go with another company to hopefully get it done correctly. read more

On a Sunday morning (of a holiday weekend no less) our son's tub/shower faucet handle went loose and we couldn't get the water to shut off. I set out to find a plumber ASAP while my husband worked to shut off the water to the house. The first place I tried didn't have availability for 3 days. I called an emergency plumber line and waiting for a call back, and placed a request on Yelp for emergency plumber service. Within a few minutes I got a text from Farid through my Yelp request with a price and time quote. He asked for a picture of the faucet cartridge to make sure he had the part. Our water heater started leaking water all over the garage while we were at work. Had my 19year old turn the water off to stop any further damage. And called Safi. He came a short time later to look at it and gave me the bad news I already knew was coming. After 18 years our unit had no more life.
