From the moment we walked in, our man Julian, took care of us with excellence. I did not buy the glasses at Vision Works because I live out of town, but Julian went above and beyond to do everything he could to make sure my glasses got fixed. He is an incredibly sharp young man who hopes to be an optometrist one day and is well on the way to getting there! I feel like because you only go there once a year the Doctor is not super personable with you. My check up today was with Dr. Osman. It is usually with a lady doctor. He was very nice and friendly. He asked me questions and talked to about the changes in my eyes. My appointment was at 9:15 and they asked me to be there by 9 which I was. I was in doing the pretest by about 9:10 and in with the doctor about 10 minutes after that. It was early so it wasn't a big crowd. It was nice and quiet. The staff checked in on me while I sit and wait which was really nice. So when I come here I only usually get my prescription for my glasses. I never purchase in the store because my insurance gets me a better deal at a different place. So I can't speak to the deal that they usually have on your glasses , the buy two pair blah blah blah. But as far as going just to get my eyes checked and get my prescription it's a really good experience.
