So I finally went online to find a place I could get an eye exam which led me to Rothbloom Eye Care. I saw that they had availability when I was free and I could easily book my appointment online. After about a 15 minute ride, I pulled into their parking lot which had plenty of available spacing even though it still appeared that they had a lot of customers inside. Once inside, I checked in and was called within a few minutes after my arrival. After that, the proceeds was very efficient. The eye exam ran like a well oiled machine! I'm glad I found this eye care facility and will be back next year for my annual exam.

We went around to a couple different stores (in and outside of the mall) before landing at Pearle Vision. Although pricier, you were instinctively aware that the glasses were of better quality and the customer service was great. I didn't feel hounded or hassled at all as I freely took FOREVER to try on multiple frames. Keisha was great, being both very knowledgeable about the products and options, and assisting me in finding a frame(s) that complimented my face. She was also very patient. So, when it took me about 3 weeks to select 2 frames, she still worked with me as if I were a new customer or better yet, a loyal regular. I chose 2 frames and a pair of sunglasses all of which I love. I even returned to get the anti glare added on (which Keisha had recommended but I declined) after realizing it affected my driving at night and how I looked in pictures. Love the staff here! People were in and out in a progressive manner for appointments. They even managed to work a few walk-ins in. The doctor, Dr. Amit, was very friendly, and really knew his eye stuff. I was impressed. Courtney, the office manager, got me in the door, with excellent customer service skills. How often do you hear that anymore? I think these folks try a little harder to BE good, and to give you GOOD, QUALITY service, because they know they're competing with the guys you see on tv all the time. While on the phone, my toddler started to throw a tantrum. One of the ladies asked if she could walk my little one around. Though im usually hesitant with others carrying my child, the nice lady gave me a warm presence and I allowed her to walk my baby. Another young lady also helped entertain my baby, as they had to help customers. Actions like this really restore my faith in humanity. Unfortunately, things did not work out with my insurance (nothing on their part), but I will forever be grateful for what those two young ladies did for me.

I went for an eye exam on Jan 5 and have still, as of March 13, still not received the glasses I paid for. Throughout the experience they have been very dodgy and deceitful and when I can get them on the phone it's always a different story. There was a "glitch" in the system, "It's just a busy time", "your lenses were done improperly". It's been total incompetence or deflecting blame. And guess what, still no glasses or any recompense other than we can offer you a "goody" bag when they come in. I would prefer customer service with integrity and ....I don't know...the GLASSES I ordered which was the whole point! So frustrated and dismayed.
