The staff was professional and looked great in their matching scrubs too. Wait times were short, including mine. I saw Dr. Saadat, and he was just as friendly as the other staff members. He was also very professional as well as knowledgeable. Dr. Saadat performed a thorough exam. I had never experienced an exam as detailed as the one I received at Tulman. Dr. Saadat communicated very well and was patient throughout the entire appointment. He also made sure that all of my questions were answered. They lied and said I signed papers consenting to their refund policy which never happened and they have no proof of that. Stay away from this place if at all possible! The prices are a rip off! Once I paid I was offered an itemized, and there was $40 charge for a warranty on my glasses. I was not able to get a refund until I picked up the glasses. Fast forward a month and I got a bill for $49.99. Which is impossible with vision insurance. Authorization codes and provided to the practice which gives them to the penny what to expect. When I brought this to their attention the front desk proceeds "I know how vision insurance works" I would t be calling if that were true. Shortly after I asked to cancel all future appointment I got a voicemail that the $49.99 was an error. But what if I had paid it, what if I didn't work in vision for 6 years of my life and didn't know better? What if they do this to every patient hoping some patients don't question it? We have lost confidence in this office.
