One of my favorite spots in ElPaso! Especially when I can sit on the patio! Love both locations! Highly recommend the wings!!

I've been coming to this place during my lunch break for years . Never had an issue alway greeted with a smile quickly attended. Till today 22 December 22. As soon as I and a few co-workers walked into the establishment the atmosphere wasn't like it normally is. Couldn't get the name of the waitress but believe she must of been the one in charge at the time. We sat down waited about 4 minutes and still had not been given the menus. Waited a little longer till I got up and asked the waitress if we could please place out oder since we were on our lunch break. She proceeded to roll her eyes, sarcastically in very high tone voice asked another waitress to go to our table. From were we sat I could see how she was commenting to another waitress about us. I'm not sure why the negative attitude toward our table. Waitress X had curly discolored.pink hair. Kudos To the young lady ( Carolina) that took over our table she made the rest of lunch hour pleasant . AC must have been broken or something, it felt muggy when I walked in for lunch. Ordered the bistek taco plate, it was like $9 bucks for four tacos. The plate was nicely place with sides and things, however, it is definitely not $9 worth. You can get four bistek tacos elsewhere for half the price and it will be just as tasteful! So verdict for me, uh-mm (shaking my head), this place is good if you want to pay extravagantly more for Mexican tacos that are so readily available in El Paso area. read more

There are certain places to order good quesadillas and this is #1. I had the ones of brisket... OMG so good. And you only need to order one to get full. The filling is perfect!! Enough cheese and meat! And a plus is that it's not expensive and they have a drive thru! read more

You guys suck now, if you don't want to work then find a new job ‍ went to get food in their drive through today. They had a sign to pull up, so I happily did, no problem. Had the plain quesadilla, papa bravas, and their drinks. Didnt like the potato chips they were drowned in a mixture of chili sauces. The quesadilla was good, cheese well melted. The drink was good. The bad was the AC not working, or not cooling the place. The service was the worst! Part. Showed up with a big group. Had to wait very long time to get drinks or anything. I had family come in from out of town and wanted to try something new that was rated good for their Clamatos. The first issue was the greater having a unhappy look on her face and didn't have customer service. Been here several times, but this is my first review. I generally attend this spot for their drink menu. The mango chimoy is my fave. The micheladas here are exceptional. The service is slow no matter what time of day, so be prepared to wait. They have a nice variety of beer. The food is worth mentioning, if you like tacos, burritos or nachos you'll enjoy it. This used to be a Starbucks so it can get cramped, but they have a nice patio if the weather permits. If you're looking for a nice drink spot on the east side give it a try. read more

Tried ordering on Uber eats, delivery time was extended and extended until an hour later it was cancelled. If you're busy, don't take the order or cancel in the beginning instead of letting me wait an hour. read more

I have been here a couple times, and it is a bit over priced but never had any major issues with the food or service. This time we sat outside and it took us a long time for someone to come out to take our drink order or food order . Finally we ordered the patatas and I asked for no chamoy and instead to put it on the side , and they ended up giving it to us with chamoy on it . When we told them that there is chamoy on it and that's not how we ordered it they tried telling me that there is no chamoy on it, I had to show them that there is in fact chamoy and that's not how we ordered it. The gentlemen seemed frustrated and took our dish back and told us he would fix it. Then we waited a really long time for the replacement dish, until I finally went inside to see the dish sitting on the ledge waiting to be taken out to us. Then we ordered the "toro eggs" aka jalapeño poppers, and when we asked for them we stated "jalapeño poppers" and the server got upset and stated that they don't have "jalapeño popper" in a very abrupt rude tone. So I corrected myself and said "the toro eggs".... That again took a VERY long time, until I had to go back inside to ask what happened to them and again they were ready , the server just didn't take them out to us. The service is not very good the people are not friendly and I don't even think it's worth coming back to. Unfortunately this place is a cute spot and has potential but I don't think I would waste my money here . read more

I love this place & have been a customer for years. Great food, good music & friendly customer service. My favorite is the veggie shrimp tacos & my son's is the chicken tenders with fries. I hate to leave a complaint at one of my fav places in EP, but I'm hoping something can be done so we continue being regular customers. We order the chicken tenders all the time, half the time they come out visibly well done, too well done for a child. West side location rarely has this issue, but Montana always does. Today, I asked for them to not be over cooked when ordering. They arrived almost black with the explanation that they won't be fully cooked inside unless it's fried well done. I mentioned boiling the chicken before frying it, would solve that problem. The server explained that he worked on the west side & agreed with me that Montana practically burns the chicken tenders. I would love for my son to continue enjoying your food, please work on your chicken tenders so they come out golden brown & easy to bite into. Lastly, the veggie shrimp tacos always come with a different amount of shrimp. We love everything but hope bringing this to your attention might be helpful. Thanks. read more

If I had a plethora of good friends, which I do, I would have them all meet me at Clasico Kitchen & Bar! The inside has seating for about 50 patrons, and if the weather is nice (which it usually is) the covered patio outside can seat another 40. If sitting down is not your style, you may visit there drive-thru window for sizzling hot tacos to-go. The music played while you dine is brought to your ears by Touch Tunes. I love anyplace that has this "play what you want to hear, when you want to hear it" technology. It's a great way for either staff or guests to control the vibe of the place, and hopefully in a finish your drink and order another kind of way. I ordered the chicken fajita tacos for my first attempt at Clasico's. My tacos where delivered promptly after ordering, and where hot. Accompanying my tasty tacos were their good friends charro beans, pepino y guacamole, cilantro y onions with lime and salsa! Together they danced in my mouth like a night club at capacity with the hottest D.J. on the 1's&2's. The Touch Tunes made sure that my ears where not left out and felt the same way! However, I was not full off of my order of 4 tacos. But if I were here to enjoy an adult beverage or two with a few compadres, they would be a nice addition to the party raging on inside my body! A good friend/coworker and I went in for lunch, she had a burger and I ordered chicken wings. Neither were anything exceptional. The chicken wings were obviously not made fresh, they came frozen from a bag. We had the worst service. Our drinks were never refilled and our waitress seemed annoyed with us. Our office is moving nearby and we were trying to scope out new lunch options. We emphatically told our coworkers to avoid this place. Definitely not worth the hassle or the price. read more

We ate here at lunch for the first time and we didn't really know what to order. Our sever Mario suggest for us to try the Arrachera with con chile and melt cheese on top. Let me tell you , we thought since it was lunch special it may be small, well, we were wrong. Their lunch portions are large and the prices are very inexpensive for the portion they are serving . Not what I expected, but in a good way! Anticipated a boring fast food atmosphere-not the case. Walk in and immediately notice the loud music playing and the great smells. We sat at the bar and the guy waiting on us gave great recommendations. I had the al pastor taco plate. Meat-awesome and flavorful. They brought plenty of lime wedges. The different salsas were very flavorful as well. My husband got combo brisket and al pastor nachos- they were huge. Not to mention the variety of clamatos and micheladas- yummy! read more

Good food and nice place BUT the service needs a lot of improvement. The servers pay attention to only older people and families and completely ignored our table with my younger sisters. Even had to get up to ask for water after waiting 20 minutes with empty drinks because the chile was spicy and all of us had empty glasses. And then had to once again get up to pay because nobody attended us once our food was out. I'm a server so I tip fairly well but they most likely assumed I wouldn't tip since I'm quite young which explains the service. I didn't make a big fuss about it but it's kind of sad how they only give the good service to the people that they assume tip well. Everyone deserves good service. read more

Service is horrible. There were 8 visible people working the restaurant and yet no service. Not only our table but you could tell other tables were getting frustrated with the service too. What were these 8 employees doing? They were behind the counter talking, laughing pretty much socializing. Food is mediocre at much. Want good tacos? Go somewhere else. They got our order wrong, not once but twice. "Charro beans" sounds nothing like "baked potato" and "chorizo" sounds nothing like "rajas." To say the least the bunch of kids they have working there are a joke. Someone should let them know they are there to work not to hang out and ignore the clients. read more

Their service sucks! This is the second time that I call in and place an order ahead and get here and still have to wait approximately 25 minutes for my food that is ridiculous! And their excuse is always "oh sorry our kitchen is falling a little bit behind". One time I called to place an order and they put me on hold and they never came back on the line I drove from the place where I was at to the restaurant which took me about 15 minutes and I was still on hold. read more

This place really feels like a diamond in the rough. It is such a nice location in an area where nothing looks this nice. The wait was really long however we sat to eat at the bar so were seated immediately. Looked at the drink menu first and noticed they specialize in Micheladas and Red Beers. Their variety and combination of ingredients is really amazing and it was hard to make a decision. I went with the cucumber red beer with a Sol. The menu is very simple and basic Mexican food. I ordered the tacos al pastor and they were so delicious! The nachos were also delicious and I love they use melted cheese and refried beans instead of the typical nacho cheese and whole beans on top. The only odd thing was the decor of the place. I don't know if they are going of the "Classico" theme but the place is decorated with random signs and banners. Even the men's restroom was decorated with comic book plaques and I was told the women's restroom was decorated differently. I think they went a little crazy shopping at hobby lobby.
