We always stop here when we visit El Paso. The best huevos rancheros (they are spicy!!) at a decent price. They get busy so sometimes there is a wait, but worth it. Come before 10 to avoid the rush. Good hole in the wall with good staff!!

Small Mexican combination- 1 ground beef taco, 2 red enchiladas with cheese and ground beef , beans and rice.

After a long trip out of town we had to stop at Franky's. Our food was delicious!! Even though they were packed service was wonderful! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Food was excellent and the service fantastic, we will definitely be back to try additional items.

Front, next to door, w sign saying "take out" is available. Guess not.

Door is shut and they won't answer the phone at 3:10 pm after I called twice. I saw a few customers and walk away. No explanation posted on door although signs all say "take out"

Eggs Mexicana w/ refríed beans & a side of bacon. Coffee was really good as well.

Best Huevos Rancheros we have found besides Homemade. The sauce has good heat and flavor.

Shamefully, I eat here once a week. Sometimes more. The enchiladas are my anti-drug. Friendly staff and a cozy interior. Highly recommend!

It became a special treat for our family while visiting our Tía in home hospice--and one of her last, most joyful bites. Food and our family's recipes are at the heart of who we are, so hearing my Tía Emma call it "magnificent" meant everything. While, we didn't dine in, we noted the atmosphere struck the right balance of upscale bar and grill on our two visits. Please note, this place get packed on weekend nights. The food was absolutely amazing -- everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. You could tell a lot of care went into both the menu and presentation. What really stood out, though, was how attentive and genuinely kind our server was throughout the evening. Even with how busy El Paso was that weekend, we never felt rushed or overlooked. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and it ended up being one of our favorite dining experiences of the trip. If I return to El Paso in the future, Neighbor Good Kitchen & Bar will definitely be on my list of places to visit again.

For starters the atmosphere was so cute. Absolutely loved the bar and hanging pots everywhere. Such a clean restaurant and cute vibe. Our waitress was very nice and friendly to us. So no issues there! For drinks I got their berry lemonade which tasted just like lemon juice. I had to request for sugar to be added since it was so sour so beware. My food had came out and to be honest I'm just a little bit disappointed. The rigatoni was cooked but the sauce for it was really not tasty? Like there was almost not a flavor I can taste. Of course there was something but it was very plain and barely even there. It also was not spicy whatsoever. I added grilled chicken too and oh boy was that dry dry DRY. The burrata personally I'm not a fan in general so of course I wouldn't be a fan this time either but they gave a nice little plate full of it. They added some oiled toasted bread and it was way too crispy in my opinion. My partner got the chicken Parmesan and his dish tasted great! Very juicy chicken and cooked all the way. The sauce was perfect too nice and flavorful and great pairing with the chicken. His butter noodles were just like regular butter noodles so not bad. Finally the crème brûlée. Probably the most disappointing dish we ordered. It took repeated stabs to break the sugar glaze on top. Me and my partner were honestly thinking that they added the cream on top to hide how burnt it was actually. Unfortunately because the glaze was so thick and burnt it made the rest of the cream taste have the burnt flavor. It was sad because my partner was looking forward to this desert. Also took wayyy longer to arrive than our entrées. I will say that the waitress was very helpful and she actually covered the crème Brulé. I didn't even ask she just offered, I think she could tell that we didn't enjoy it and I had nicely told her it wasn't what we were expecting so thank you sincerely. Overall I think this is a perfect spot to maybe try drinks and hang with friends. Food was okay, wouldn't try it again in that regard but overall a decent spot here in El Paso if you're looking for something new. Maybe best to ask what's their best dish to serve. Overall thank you.

So I made it a point to visit... and I'm so glad I did. Here's my honest review: The food? I had the Japanese Ahi Tuna Burger -- sushi-grade tuna, perfectly seared. So fresh, so flavorful. The Pacific Islander Burger had fried shrimp in the middle (yes, inside the burger) -- and it totally worked. We upgraded to sweet potato fries and onion rings -- crispy, hot, and the portions were generous. We also shared fried mushrooms -- golden brown perfection. The menu is super creative -- think bulgogi burgers, kimchi nachos, surf & turf burgers, and more. They even have vegan and gluten-free options. ‍ Service? Excellent. Our server checked on us often, refilled our water, and was genuinely friendly -- despite the place being nearly empty. Prices? Fair, especially for the quality and creativity. Bonus: they offer a 10% veterans discount. Atmosphere? Casual, comfy, and perfect for lunch or dinner with friends. Parking was easy, too. Only downside? They were out of a few items because, sadly, business has been slow. And that's why I'm writing this. If we want places like this to survive in El Paso, we have to show up. Local, veteran-owned, and serving some of the most unique burgers in town. Skip the chains and support something real. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.
