Where do I begin? Working with Tiger was a dream come true. It was my first time working with a trainer, and he really helped me achieve my goals and move forward --- of gaining weight since I'm pretty lean at 6'3". My weigh in was 181 lbs at our first session at the end of March. I did 10x sessions with him and then I did another 8x sessions right afterwards. My weigh in by the end was around 187lbs. In 9 weeks I gained 6 lbs of muscle while burning fat. And as soon as I stopped working with him, my muscle mass somehow increased to around 190lbs. I think my body finally had a chance to catch up since the workout was so intense with him. He helped me achieve my fitness goals of hitting 190lbs in a little over two months. Incredible. Tiger is a phenomenal personal trainer. I came in, very weak, overweight, in the worst shape of my life. During the consultation, he explained his philosophy and how he works with clients. I immediately felt I was in good hands and signed up for 10 sessions. I followed his instructions, both during the sessions and outside of them (caloric intake and walking / hiking), and started to notice the results, particularly with my strength, right away. He is incredibly encouraging and motivational, attentive to specific goals and changes in a client's body. I lost about 6 pounds and 2.5 inches off my waist in 5 weeks. I used to have no figure and I was not happy about (I had no curves or hips etc.) and I showed a specific picture to Tiger of a body type I was aiming for. Long overdue review: Tiger is dedicated and finds the right balance of push and pull (he will work you hard but is paying close attention to your limits). Most importantly, to my mind, the workouts are never boring and the time flies. I wasn't looking to lose weight and I didn't but I toned up, got strong, massively reduced stress and anxiety, and enjoyed my life more! Once I hit 30 I made a promise to myself to get a personal trainer and stick with it for a year, I looked around and found Tiger. I started off at 5'9 , like barely over 130 pounds, I literally had no muscle and I was skinny with a high body fat percentage; basically one of the unhealthiest body types you can have. I've been training for 4 months now, and it's a night and day difference. I'm close to 150 now, and I'm at the point I can freaking climb a 25 foot rope, if you told me this were possible 4 months ago I would have thought you were full of shit. I'm beyond happy with where I'm at, and now I strive to get even better and better physically. What impresses me most about Tiger, is he really gives a shit about his clients. He'll do exercises that are best for you, changing it up frequently while still hitting the muscles/cardio you need. The thought and care that goes into his planning a game plan for just 1 person is something I truly appreciate He's a cool guy, and we've shared a lot with each other, he's by far the best trainer in K-town. I'm a working mom of two babies. I've done all kinds of diet that you've heard before such as intermittent fasting, herbal medicines, acupuncture, acupressure massage, one-food diet, witch soup diet, GM diet, Denmark diet, etc. You just name it, I'm pretty sure I've done it already. However, it never worked out at all. I always gained more than before I did those diet programs. Tiger/Tony/T is a great trainer! He has pushed me above what I could never do on my own. My intension was always to be toner and bulkier than my natural skinny frame. He always encourages and give great pep talks to get you over the hill and continue to pursue that goal pass your training sessions. Tiger is one of the most nicest trainers I have ever met. He listens to what your goals are and helps you to achieve them. He works you hard, but it's never in an intimidating way. I've been going to Tiger for about two years. His studio has a great view of the city and the mountains in the distance. My partner and I come twice a week together, which is kind of a challenge because we have different fitness levels and abilities. Every session Tiger designs a slightly different program for us that we both can do, but also are challenged by. We both have gotten much stronger and our bodies are firmer. Tiger knows his stuff. When we have sports injuries (skiing, cycling, etc.) Tiger adjusts our workouts -- to strengthen the surrounding area or adjust for mobility. I had a rotator cuff injury and he found a stretch that helped open up my shoulder. I hurt my left knee and after I was cleared by my doctor, he created a program to create stability and strength. When I've gone by myself, he's adjusted the program again according to my goals. We'll run outside or go up 12 flights of (dreaded) stairs with a weight vest (yikes). Tiger is very knowledgeable about body mechanics, nutrition, and sports. He's very focussed on your needs and goals. He is always on time and professional.
