I brought in an off-brand link that claimed online to fit, but it didn't. To my surprise, my salesperson, Caleb, was determined to find a solution. He and the watch repair specialist decided to reshape the link and polish the metal to create a perfect match. My husband and I genuinely cannot tell which link was added. First of all - I had a bad vibe from the second I walked in - or tried to come in for 2 minutes. I was stuck in the door with a stroller with my toddler in it. The guy didn't even buy the watch from what I saw - and honestly I can care less. If you are a mother or you aren't buying or selling a Rolex I would stay away. I've never felt so discriminated against quite honestly. I will say, the owner did finally offer to help me with the door as I was leaving - but honestly the damage was already done. It felt like a textbook bait and switch tactic, which is disappointing for a place claiming to deal in luxury goods. I will give them credit that the watches themselves looked fine, but their advertising practices and overall ethics are seriously questionable. Based on how everything was presented, some of their tactics may raise legal concerns under consumer protection rules.
