I cannot say enough good things about this place. I needed to have my engagement ring resized because it was way too loose and I wanted it to stay put in my wedding photos... and as I usually do, I waited until the last minute to get it done a week before my wedding. Went here for a ring resizing. Was promised a low price and quick turnaround time of 3-4 days. On the day i was suppose to pickup the ring, i get a call that the resizing would not only cost DOUBLE the price i originally was promised, but i needed to wait an additional 4 days for it to be fixed. Throughout this process, I was never offered an apology, but rather multiple reasons why it was taking longer. If I knew this was going to take a week and cost so much more than originally promised, I would have taken it somewhere else. If you own a buisness as a jeweler, and trust is the most important trait you need to have, how are you breaking that?
