He didn't have to go that extra mile, but he did--and thanks to him, I got it fixed properly and saved a ton of money. If you've ever dealt with repairs on a Mercedes, you know how expensive it can get. Mo's knowledge, transparency, and dedication to helping his customers is rare in this industry.
