While we were waiting for our blinds to be delivered, Brian came and put paper shades up so we could function in our new home. Our installation was a little bumpy, but I appreciated that the problem was treated as an all hands on deck situation, and we even had one of the owners here to insure that the rest of the installation went smoothly. Once ordered the shades came in rather quickly, and within a couple of days, they were being installed. The installers put in 8 shades that were installed very high in my open living room area. I was told it would take approximately 2 hours, and it was done very efficiently in about 1 hour and 10 minutes. We first worked with Rick 6+ years ago when we moved into our home. He installed shutters in our bedrooms and office, and they've held up beautifully. I remembered how professional and on top of everything he was, so I reached out again when we needed blinds for our bedroom. Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. All in about 10-15 minutes. About two weeks later, they returned for installation and were done in under 5 minutes. Everything was seamless. The best part is how it turned out. It's exactly what we envisioned, if not better. We now have automated blinds in our bay window that give us privacy while still letting in light, and they look so clean in person. For some reason, he was able to remove my husband's review or was hidden under more reviews. Luckily, he was not able remove mine. I want to keep mine to give feedback and warnings to customer of our experiences with this business.
