Their shirts say they clean fast but they take an hour. A lady came long after we did and she was gone before us. Two of the workers were cleaning someone's car and the car was still dirty with a lot of dirt on the window. I would not recommend wash it yourself! read more

I have been here many times over the years. The customer waiting area (lobby) has gone from OK to disgusting. The floors look as though they haven't been mopped in months and the sofa has so many stains on it, I wouldn't let my dog sit on it. The service is unbelievably slow. With zero cars in front of me, it took 45 minutes. The car wash itself is good. I have no complaints about the car wash or the way they clean the interior. What they need to do is hire more staff so the customers don't have to wait forever in a disgusting waiting room. read more

I come here often. Prices went from $9.99 to $17.99. You figure with such a price jump you wouldn't have to wait over an hour for your car to be done with only four people in the lobby. This will be my last visit here. I really hope they go out of business. read more

What is up with this place now?? I sat in their waiting room forever, got up twice to see if my car was done and no one had even started on it, had to listen to the cashier and another worker prattle on about "quatro veinte," and finally after an hour I decided to just take my car and leave--and it turned out it had been finished for a long time and no one bothered to tell me! Not even a "sorry" from them. My daughter heard the cashier say that she forgot to tell us the car was done. These jokers are hittin' their vape pens during working hours, apparently. read more

For $17 my car looked great, both inside and out, and it smelled really good too. The employees were friendly and helpful, and the waiting room was nice with plenty of seats and a big TV. I went for lunch at the In and Out that is next door to it, and my car was already done when I came back. I will definitely go back! read more

This place took 40 minutes and they weren't busy at all. They pulled my car out of the wash and let it dry in the sun so it's covered in water spots. They forgot the fragrance. They put armor all on my tires without asking me. Horrible I will never go back there. read more

They clean your car o.k it's just really uncomfortable and icky to sit and wait until your vehicle is ready. Place needs a facelift, more trash bins and seating that isn't run down. read more

Bad service, I should've cleaned the car myself instead of spending $30, funny thing someone complained about their service while I was there I told myself " that person was being dramatic " but I'm sure he was right ..... they left dirt all over it, when I open the doors the frames were all dirty .. I was very pleased with this car wash. They offer a full-service wash which was about $12 and up depending on the options you request but I chose to get the self-serve wash that they offer which is only $5. The self-serve wash includes a trip thru while you sit in your vehicle, but I was impressed that as you wait to go thru they did a lightening speed handwash on my tires/wheels, removed my antenna and handed it to me. After the trip thru, I was able to park my car in the area where I could use their powerful vacuums and take my time, using my own supplies, and gave my car a sort of detailed interior/exterior cleaning. The attendants were very nice, I didn't feel rushed. I live in apartments and I found this a great way to be able to wash my own car in state-of-the-art clean facilities and have the time and a place to do it. I'm going back again this afternoon. So if you can't or don't want to pay for a full-service wash, I found this a great option at a price I can easily afford. read more

Worst car wash in the AV. Went this morning to get my car washed. I was the second car in at 9am by 9:30 am it finally came out no one touched it to dry it off but worked on the first car and the third car. I haven't seen such unprofessional people in my life. At 9:45 I got into my car and just took it without them even cleaning or drying it. If I was to help anyone out I would say keep away the only response I got out of them was you can come back and we will finish it. What a joke read more

Absolutely worst service I have ever had from a business. I asked the gentleman initially which car wash would remove the water marks I had he said a $20 package would do it. I waited over an hour during my lunch break and low and behold the marks were still there when I asked them about it the guys washing the car were sympathetic but the "manger on duty" said it would cost $60 just to clean the left side of my car... then when I went inside the front desk lady was extremely rude. I filed an "incident report" and filed a claim with my bank. Classic car wash claimed I never filed an incident report with them..but I have a copy sooooo ... MORAL OF THE STORY STAY AWAY. I took my truck in early in the morning when they were not busy at all. After my truck went through the wash line and was driven out front it sat. After 20 minutes another car was finally brought out behind mine and the workers started working on it while mine continued to just sit unattended. At this point I got up went outside and asked when they were going to get to my car. They just stared at me and gave no answer. I got my keys and left and finished cleaning it myself at home. I expected a little more for the diamond car wash. It says the black magic special, my tires didn't get sprayed, the black trim didn't get sprayed, the vacuuming of the interior wasn't great, missed spots when wiping down interior, hell theres still a dead bee stuck in my grill. I'm a little disappointed,. I should of walked my car before l left, or just wash it myself. read more

They damaged my vehicle, broke off the emergency break handle and the manager denied it.DO NOT use this car wash, they are careless.

Most importantly, they took care of my car and cleaned it professionally. The lounge was very inviting and comfortable with ample seating. They also have 3 flat screen monitors with different programs. Nice touch. read more

I will admit I was a little skeptical of writing a bad review till I started reading the other reviews. I see I'm not the only one that feels the same way about this place. Save you money and time and don't come here. They are very rude and they do a shitty job. Any time you get your car washed by another person I feel they do it shitty no matter what but I understand the convenience(Its better to just wash the car yourself if you have the time). But this place does it under that. I went in during a weekday special and just got the basic wash and during my time there it started raining. So those of us who were there were told to come back when the rain stopped. Hence the word "rain check". I came back in a week and a half later. And I was hoping they would work with me. All I wanted was an exterior wash. No wax or vacuum or anything special. This may sound like my fault for not coming in. But I had to go to a funeral the following week and life happened and I forgot. I put the receipt away somewhere. When I went in there to try and see if I could get a wash the lady working outside just had a rude way about her. The guy out there was the same. So I asked if I could just get an exterior wash. They immediately said no in a very prejudice way. So I went inside and asked the cashier and before I could speak my case she cut me off to tell me no its 24 hours. Like it would have killed them to just run the car the wash. That's it. Tf. It was half ass vacuumed and of course the rain on the outside the first time I went in. I don't even have to say anything about that. So yeah don't go there. Like I said before unless you clean the car yourself odds are a place like this will not do such a great job. Its better that a person cleans there own car cause they know how they like it and so on. I don't have a drive way so... I usually go to Royal Carwash. There not bad. They always work with me if I have a problem and there very respectful. They have a little Mexican food thing there that's pretty good. Lots of little snacks and they do a pretty decent job for a good price. They have coupons on there website. Trust me there good. I recommend that place 10 times over this bullshit carwash. Seriously. I think if I told this situation to my guys over at Royal Car Wash they would have worked with me or gotten me a discount for another one. This place no Bueno. Palmdale Car Wash is good too. I had no problems there and the owner is real kool. This place Classic Car Wash is terrible and I have heard bad reviews about this place before but just had to learn from my own experience. And yeah this place is terrible. And the people in there are ghetto. I never have a problem at Royal Car Wash. That's my 2 cents on this place. read more
