The first time I was expecting it to have Internet because the Google search shows that this location has Wi-Fi available while you're doing your laundry which it Don't! The second time I went there, the machines that I chose to do the wash were broke down with no out of order signs on them apparently they don't have anything like that for the customers to post if they are inoperable. Third time I went there their servers were down and I couldn't get a connection on the kiosk card reader. After buying a $45 credit onto a card that is only usable at this place now it doesn't even work to buy it. It worked but then to use it on the machines it doesn't work. That is very unsatisfactory. Now having to go down to the bank, pulling the money back out expecting only pay $40. Did your laundry is now turning to be $80 with 40 sitting in my pocket that's unusable. I contacted the number and they still haven't contacted me. I find this a bit absurd. Unfortunately I have to actually give this a few stars and nothing more until they get there. Issues taken care of with the false advertisement that's on Google. And get their Internet service working correctly with a strong set up so they can actually have the machines working and operating correctly.

Of course there were still some worries especially since this is such a sentimental piece of garment that I'm having cleaned & preserved. I received a notification this week that my dress was ready for pick up so was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they finished. Ultimately there were bigger issues with the suit and we had to take it back but they still charged us for a cleaning we did not receive.
