Updating to five stars because the owner cared enough to contact me to acknowledge they were having issues, but they got a new machine and they would take care of my next cleaning. I dropped off some clothes. Picked them up a week later. As always, service was courteous and very nice (my earlier issue was cleaning, not the service). And their new machine works--my clothes are clean! Anyway, I really do appreciate how the owner cared enough to reach out and explain the situation and did her best to regain me as a customer. Do not use this business they are a scam. Paid extra to have dirt removed from clothing and the owner advised that she did not have time to fix the clothes. But we're proceeding to charge me the full amount even though should not have the time to fix my clothing. read more

I have been using Fiesta Cleaners since Mira and her husband bought the business probably about 7 years ago. They are the best Dry Cleaners I have ever used! I never bring a shirt back because they missed a spot. They also do the small things - like for long sleeve dress shirts, they fold the sleeves in front of the shirt so they don't wrinkle in the closet. I take Tommy Bahama silk shirts and T's to them. They fold the T's with paper over pant hangars so they are either ready to pack for a trip or they won't get the pointed creases in the shoulders if they were hanging on normal hangars. They are so much softer after she cleans them compared to when I wash them. I have a couple of shirts that are smaller and she stretches them out for me. She is also fantastic with alterations. Everything from hems to zipper replacements to major alterations. I have even had her add change pockets to shorts or lengthen front pockets in a pullover. Overall this place is decent. It is a little expensive, but one time that was frustrating was when I came in to get some seamstress work and I was told that it would be ready by noon the next day. Ironically, the receipt said it would be ready the next day at 3pm. So that covered her but I came in and it wasn't ready at 12. It probably wasn't done at all as it was putting a clip button. So I couldn't wait for it. I don't like when they say one thing and then put something different on the receipt. read more

This cleaners has changed hands several times in the last 3 years (perviously Camaro Cleaners) and the latest is the worst and most expensive. They have ruined a pair of slacks, shrunk a blouse (don't know how unless they washed instead of dry cleaned) and now torn a whole in another blouse. The first problem they were accommodating and I was happy with the settlement. With the other pieces, NO offer to replace. Don't go there, they cost you a fortune and ruin your clothes! read more

I've been going to Fiesta Cleaners in excess of 30 years. Even through changes of ownership, I've never experienced such disregard to excepting responsibility or liability for damages caused during the cleaning process. When one brings their shirts in for launder as an example, you would think they would mention the broken button damage they caused and repair them. Instead, it's my shirt's fault that they broke and $1.00 to fix each time it occurs. Though I completely disagreed with their assessment and handling, I excepted this mainly because of connivence and longevity as a customer. Today I came in to drop off more shirts, low and behold, she nice and politely doubled the price of my shirts, saying it cost more to do them because they don't fit her machine. I wear a small size......I wonder what happens to her XX large customers. Gee I wonder if this is her way of saying we don't want your business anymore. Well I granted her wish and left with my shirts. Shortly thereafter I discovered a new place of business. Life goes on!!!! read more
