They refused and responded that the dress is old -- it's not, it's new -- and claimed their liability was limited -- also not correct when you totally ruin a garment due to your own actions. It happens to be in the groin area, so they're basically unwearable now. I went back in to see if there was anything they could do to fix them or redo the repair. The woman said there was nothing they could do. I politely asked if I could get a refund for just the jeans, since they're unwearable now. She said she couldn't, because the tear was repaired. If I'd known the repair would leave them unwearable, I never would have paid the extra cost for jeans. Save your money and your clothes and go somewhere else for sewing.

When I picked up the lady presented it to me so that only the top 2 undamaged buttons were showing the bottom 4 were left unbuttoned. This is an expensive shirt that will now have to be sent for repair. I would double check all items.
