I came here in February to have my wedding dress cleaned and preserved. At first I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews but ultimately decided to give them a chance. I did some research for other dry cleaners that offered cleaning & preservation but Mulberry's just ended up being the best option for me in terms of pricing & location. The drop off process went smoothly and I was told that the dress won't be ready for pick up until May so I kind of just forgot about it. Of course there were still some worries especially since this is such a sentimental piece of garment that I'm having cleaned & preserved. I received a notification this week that my dress was ready for pick up so was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they finished. For a flat rate of $500 for cleaning & preservation, I thought it was a pretty good deal. My dress was beautifully packaged & the garment bag I dropped it off in was also returned back to me. Overall very satisfied with the service I received here & would likely return for other dry cleaning needs. read more

I would like to thank the people at Mulberry's. The reason is I initially brought my pants in. There were a few hiccups, such as the person told me that it would be available the next day, but I had to wait two days. When I got the pants back, they were full of lint. However, I talked to the owner, and she gave me a full refund. As such, I will give this four stars. Next time I go there and I get my pants on time, I'll update this to five stars. read more

All I can say is, Wow! They removed oil stains from a satin skirt that I didn't have any hope for. The dry cleaning services are excellent! Pricey. Especially if you have a garment you purchased for a low price. You could end up buying it again after 1-2 cleanings. I chose this place based on good reviews but unfortunately had the worst experience. I brought 2 Coach jackets which had some mold on them due to poor storage. One was suede which was in horrible condition but was sent out (since it was suede). I did not expect much. My other jacket which had some stains and some mold on one side came back absolutely ruined. (I have before and after pic). To make it worse when I picked up none of this was even explained to me. They handed me the jacket covered in plastic. Thankfully I checked it when I got in the car and went right back in. Weeks passed before someone got back to me about it. I was simply offered a refund ($16.95) and repeated reminders to come pick up the jacket ("their conveyer was getting full") If they were unable to clean the jacket or if they had WARNED me it could possibly come back worse I definitely would not have had them attempt to dry clean it. I asked for a full refund (including my other jacket cleaning which was $100) I figured it was the least they could do for ruining my jacket which is worth well over $17 and even $100. No response. Never ever again with this place. Their employees couldn't explain it either when I showed them the jackets condition at pick up. read more

This store is very dishonest. They will send a message offer you 15% discounts. Laundry shirt is $5.99 per piece. However they will charge your second laundry shirt for $7.19 in order to give you 15% discount. I asked them why the second shirt is $7.19. Their answer is the second shirt is Nordstrom standard shirt. That's why it will cost more. I asked them this is laundry, not the dry cleaning. You can wash everything together. They said Nordstrom brand is designer brand. Then I asked why you don't charge the first Nordstrom shirt extra? They cannot answer. read more

The dry cleaning itself is good - I rarely have to bring anything back. But the service is terrible. Everything here takes 3 times longer than at any other cleaner. Longer to drop off, longer to pick up, longer to clean. It's all supposed to be computerized and no cash for more efficient service but the reality is that the system often backfires because the computer is down, or the person behind it doesn't know how to use it or where your clothes are. On top of this the prices are insane - more than twice what any other cleaners charges for the same task. Even if they were doing everything right, you'd have to question the value, but when the clothes are days late or they don't know where they are, it's absurd. read more

I am really trying to like this cleaners especially because we appreciate the pick up and drop off service. However, my electronic receipt often does not match what was sent in and we are missing several items of expensive clothing. Their records show receipt but it never made it back. Sent in a long evening gown with a small makeup spot. Charged $25 and spot remains. Going to keep at it and see if quality improves because I do like the reusable hangers and focus on green. I had to update my review. My first visit was very frustrating however; since then I received a professional kind message from the owner. He offered a discount to try their services again which I did not take him up on. I just wanted to see if my complaint was taken seriously and if they made the necessary adjustments so I tried them several times again and wow; I must say they are much faster and I'm not waiting around for missing items that were promised. I recently switched from another dry cleaners to GreenStreets and I'm so glad I did. They are hands down the best dry cleaners I've been to in years. Not only are they 100% toxin free but they do an amazing job with my shirt, jackets and sweaters. The staff are always friendly and remember my name whenever I come to drop off my laundry. They also use higher quality hangers which keep my items in great shape until I wear them. They email me when my items are ready which is really handy. I changed my dry cleaners to Mulberry's Burlingame about 2 years ago. I made the change due to the proximity to the Safeway... What I found was a gem. The staff are exceptional; "Tamar sets the bar", very professional. I'll stop in at my Saturday worst (sometimes during the week), and she never comments. Just smiles and is very engaging. My husband recently commented on how much he likes his the way his shirts and suits are cleaned and pressed. For him to make a comment "speaks volumes". If there's a special need spot here or there; they'll work to remove the stain and preserve the garment. I was not warned about the excessive upcharge. And the price is ridiculous. I am finished with them. Not worth the price.
