Forza has always beens a coffee chain that I can count on for a decent cup of Joe. The prices are reasonable, I know that no matter where I go Starbucks will always be the highest and being that I am not a fan of their coffee, most other chains get a head start in many categories. This particular location is quaint and the baristas are super friendly. I love that they support the military, I think one of the baristas husband is a fellow serviceman! They always have a newspaper clipping hanging up about a local did you know... the Flag flies outside the door, proudly. Coffee is pretty good, the flavor variety is so-so. I love Forza, wayy better than Starbucks and pigswill Seattle's best, I always come here for a cup whenever I'm in town. They have the BEST iced coffee frappe I've ever had. It's not overly sweet at like Starbucks and you can definitely taste the roast. There are also some locations where they have cozy fireplaces and wines available. Every time I come here, it is always the worst service possible! I go to work at 5:30am. Why do I have to wait about an average of 10 minutes thru drive thru. Today (12/1) @5:30am was by far the worst!!!! I came, was the first person in line. My hazelnut latte was a whole dollar more expensive then the usually! It was $6.10!!! Are you kidding me? And the best part?!? IT WASN'T EVEN FULL!! And it was the worst cup of coffee I have ever tasted. That is so embarrassing for Forza in University Place. I probably get better coffee and some local mom and pop shop. Whoever hired the barista needs to reevaluate their hiring skills. Because clearly they don't have any! I will NEVER be coming back. I may be only one person but a coffee shop this awful will soon not have business. Anyone I talk to, they all say the same thing about Forza. Especially the one in University Place. I LOVE THIS PLACE! If I lived closer, I would be there every day! They have a drive thru too so if your on your way into work, or on lunch! Went here for some tea after my dentist appointment. I wasn't all that impressed. ordered a tea and not only did they not fill the cup very full they dropped everything in the cup of water. I had to fish out the tea bag. Not that great on the service side but it tasted good. Just ok. read more

First time stopping here, and it's very close to our home. They have excellent customer service as I was wondering what the nitro coffee was and she offered a sample!( A little too strong in caffeine though, for me). Their iced coffees made with cold brew are so delicious. They also have a deal where if you put 30$ onto a gift card you get a free drink! I saw on their menu they also have a pretty good food menu, which I am looking forward to trying next time. read more

I've gone to forza coffee since I was a freshman in high school (2007) for many years I have enjoyed there coffee and regularly ordered a sugar free mocha frappe With no whip cream but still the chocolate drizzle. I recently started going to the one on bridgeport again mainly because it's one of the only ones open any more and near by. Normally at this location I've had pretty fair services. I do think there is one employee (a slightly heavier set white women with brown hair) that has had an attitude at times especially if I didn't tip her which I purposely stopped doing and/or has made my drink wrong and blamed me multiple times. Once I ordered my original drink which I always ask for no whip cream but still want the chocolate drizzle well she brought it out and it had whip cream on it and she continued to say oh I thought you said you WANTED whipped cream. Although I never get whipped cream on any of my drinks. Than today another employee took my order and I was Partially on the phone as well and she gave me my drink a sugar free mocha with CARAMEL drizzle and I had said that I had asked for chocolate drizzle the girl who has had an Attitude with me in the past jumped in and insisted that I had asked for Caramel and that I did not say chocolate. I felt as though the girl had just wanted to argue with me as she has in the past. She is the slightly bigger youngish white women with brown hair I think her name is Stacey. Often times I won't tip her because she makes me feel uncomfortable and than when I don't tip she makes me feel even more uncomfortable, for ex I'll ask for ex chocolate drizzle fully willing to pay and a lot of times when she makes it it almost looks like light chocolate drizzle. Sadly, I have not had these problems with the other baristas as I have her. She doesn't seem to want to accept ever being wrong and even if she is she wants to argue with clients instead of just apologizing and fixing the drink. I don't think she needed to tell me that I asked for caramel, if she were a manager (I hope not). I think most people would think an appropriate response would be to correct the drink no matter who's fault it was and not mention who is at fault..... it was quite embarrassing and because of that I'm not sure if I'll be back to that forza. And to add the cherry she wants even the person who took my order or made the drink. They really do have some of my favorite and best coffee and I love the sugar free option I go here almost daily but I'm not sure if I'll ever be back most likely not and now I'm writing a review that I feel unfortunate to have to write. The staff and the drinks they create are outstanding! The staff and owner go out of their way to make sure they know your name and drink when you come in on a regular basis. They frequently have my drink ready to go when I roll up to the window if waiting in the morning line (which they always move through quickly). I get my coffee here every morning and the owner actually works to help customers when they are busy so I feel like they want to be apart of the every day working of things there which is a really big deal to me as a fellow business owner in the area. The coffee is agreed hands down way better than Starbucks which is overpriced and burnt tasting to me.
