He is either amazingly incompetent or a crook to miss by 3X of his original quote. he didn't even dispute it, just said I was "too busy", you will also see he did not dispute my claim that he was supposed to use epoxy sealer on metal first before body filler which any real body shop knows to do and anyone can quickly verify online, he only resorted to sarcasm and hyperbole. FYI, J R Bully and Fraud, I am not going away until I get the bulk of my wasted money back.
