They provided me pictures and a video to explain to me what role these parts play and why they should be replaced which I really appreciated. The staff is friendly, helpful and competent and they don't push services. They made the repairs promptly and provided an estimate of the cost in advance. Turns out my neighbors have been using them for over 25 years and had only good things to say.
